Vajhabet Theocracy

Built around the living corpse of The Truth-Seeker, the Vajhabet Theocracy is one of the four remaining religious nations in the world. All they do is in service to feeding their God of Truth, who requires the extracted minds of wise-men and scientists to be placed in connected containers, all food for the Greater Mind. The current collection is enough, but the minds grow weary. Not all are intact anymore, and some were not offered the promise of being returned to their body when the Truth-Seeker has used them up.

While the greatest honors of the Vajhabet's are to be fed to the Greater Mind, The Truth-Seeker requires minds from afar to gather information on allies and enemies. If any collected minds from afar disagree with their new position, it is of no concern of the Theocracy, though an international trade of secrets and the promise of unnatural long life is enough to generate interest in willingly being fed.

Theocracy land is the vast and untamed jungle that covers much of the western half of the eastern continent. Stepped temples to The Truth-Seeker contain the minds of people who were not offered their bodies back, and so were placed in stasis underground, hidden by unmapped jungle, along with the Theocracy’s other secrets.
