Use the flash spell!

“Oh yeah? I got tricks of me own!”

Mid rush you wave your free hand and recite the encantation Petra taught you. Suddenly there is a brilliant flash of light emitting from your palm which causes the orc to avert her gaze. Her aim is thrown off by the blinding light and you watch the ball of energy hit a nearby wall and fizzle out. You manage to close the distance and strike her with your mace. You land a decisive blow to her shoulder as she jumps back.

You quickly close the distance and continue to swing but the orc is quick on her feet. She dodges each blow and an open palm strike to the chin causes you to back off. In this time she chants once more.

“Garag tilmir egurerath!” Her eyes flash with green energy which is then channeled into her left palm. This energy spreads like a glove over her hand as she squares up to re-engage.

No clue what that spell is. Should try an avoid her strikes with that hand!
