Use it to pull herself up... Among other things.
Minerva looked up, saw Cotton’s outstretched hand and grabbed it, using it to hold herself up as she slowly began to stand, shifting awkwardly with her swollen belly.
“Thank you, you have no idea how hard it is to move with these bloody eggs inside me...” she started. “I can’t even fly anymore I’m so heavy, please help me with these eggs...” she continued, groaning as she clutched at her stomach.
