He is also to blame for Shihouin Yoruichi's disappearance, though whether it's a godsend or not is still up for debate. Along with her went the nickname, a displeasing one, especially since you are no longer a child and have no need for such a thing.

"Urahara Kisuke," you return stiffly, not bothering to greet him properly. After all, he isn't worth your time and as lost as you are, Urahara is the last man you want to see, remembering the chain of events that tore your confidence apart and **** you to make the terrible choice of choosing between your family and your love.

"Still sore, are you? I don't blame you. Rukia told me. As up-to-date on the things going on in Soul Society as I was, sometimes even I make a mistake or two." You hear the clogging of his sandals and the swish of his clothes, but you remain stationary. He can apologize all he wants, you're not really ready to forgive such a man for doing such a thing. You don't owe him anything. "I owe a lot of things to a lot of people, things I'll never be able to make up in a hundred years, but at least let me try."

It's odd, hearing such words from him. You know things have changed--it has been a hundred years--but you don't expect such sincerity in his voice. He wasn't reclusive growing up, but he was never outgoing and his feelings on certain matters were explained in methodically, not giving away too much to what it was he was feeling.
