Mona smiles and stretches as consciousness slowly builds out of the happy fog of dream she was having. Mona feels some of the emotion she felt before the nap but feels more accepting. Robbie is likely beating himself up for it if she knows her brother so she plans on having a good discussion about feelings during the movie. Mona thinking on this magic is it seems to push to be used so have to accept learning how it works to make better decisions. She pushes the thought back and opens her phone and the app.

Mona stares at the notice as she knows Robbie is leveling slow so wonders if that is how it will be for her now. If she is slowing down then that means her buying perks needs to be very precise and not spend all her points. She suspects that there are some expensive ones that people who save end up being in best place. Mona does the math and figures that she will not spend more than 4 points in the store unless there is high point perk that she truly wants. Mona is curious on how expensive perks can be but then she thinks about how she doesn't know if there are cheap ones. She figures that she will make a spreadsheet for herself and start ranking what she sees and wants and dismisses the notification.

Mona hopes that is the last notification though the reward is either nice or blah depending on how many perks there are. There is not another notification so Mona looks at her profile.

Mona checks her new perk first.

Casual Affection - Basic levels of PDA (Hugs, kisses, etc.) are perceived as casual and ordinary.

Mona doesn't really understand that one but shrugs as maybe it helps with people who do not like PDA. She clicks on the Perk Store page and in discerns that her reward for a search function was a blessing. The store is just blocks of perks. She is about to start scrolling when she sees the first one. Mona clicks on it and it pops out.

Studious: Doubles the efficiency of studying

Mona likes that it shows more than just what the perk does and the cost. Mona clicks to buy but decides to wait till later to see what it builds into. She hopes that this means she needs to study less to get same results. If it does than that is a great upgrade.

Mona scrolls and scrolls and after a few dozen swipes, she stops at the magnitude of perks and she did not hit an end. She just swipes around and glances at different perks and clicks on some that she would never pick like elf ears and full beard. She does laugh at the thought of her having a full beard though. There was a scary one called **** to the SYSTEM that gave no details, cost 10 points, and she did not meet the prerequisites to unlock. Most though are just locked and she suspects most of those locks are based on levels and class.

Mona goes back to her perks and clicks on perks to see all of them have perks that are either an upgrade like Sexy Affection probably is but she is not interested in or Massaging Touch which is tempting to buy. Studious though expands by 3 with each click and most are locked so she gives up.

She gets up to freshen up before she goes to find her mother to help her with dinner.

After getting to his room from shopping, Robb began setting up his mic and cam which did not take long. He then proceeds to find the headphones he wants after trying on in store but online was cheaper. Robb does a couple of test streams and testing sound levels and cam position. Setting up the actually streaming took longer than he thought it would.

Robb is now calm and playing games was the plan. Robb is worried about Quest Master because there is no clue to whether it is indifferent, data collecting, messing with people for fun, or whatever else. Maybe the program will just disappear if he reaches some goal as it did say that it could do so.

Robb opens up the program and looks through the notifications. The first thing is he sees Mona hit level 20 and that it unlocks search function in the store. Robb wonders if he still needs to buy it. He sees Angel completed her quest. He is happy to get 4 XP from 3 quests and 1 from first level 20.

Robb pulls up both girls profiles to check their new perks. He checks Mona's first.

Robb is not so sure about wanting to give that as a reward which makes him want to see if there is a perk to help with that.

Perky - Makes physically more perky and mentally perky becomes more likely. Hidden: Slight compulsion to show off perkiness.

Robb is not sure what that really means but hopes Angel will give a more authentic smile. The perks are not bad though Mona's upgrade sounds scary while Angel's though seems like a bonus in Robb's mind. Since that is pretty much done and he needs 2 XP to level up then he decides to try some more browsing of the store for a bit.

Robb spends a bit of time scrolling down and thinks about how hard the Life Questers have it. Spending 3 perk points at the moment does not make good sense to him. After he hopes is enough scrolling, Robb does search. The search bar would be much easier but Robb is fine with this way of looking things up.

Robb thinks there are probably more but these are the two found. Designer in the name makes Robb wonder about perks for quests so searches that.

Optional Quest 3 PP - Allows another quest to be accepted by LQ after completing a quest. WARNING: LQ will be required to finish the Optional Quest
Conditional Quest 2 PP - Allows for activation of a quest when LQ triggers the condition.

The first four Robb finds is enough for him. The extra steps is probably worth it as is the multiple choices for rewards so Robb makes sure to make a note that list the names for when he has more points. Conditional is a future choice but Optional is dangerous so Robb removes them as he saw he had typed them into the note when he was thinking of them.

Since he was already making a perk note, Robb decides he needs to make sure to have a reminder about the dangers of just thinking something is innocent. He starts out a list of known things to help him remember to be careful. Robb knows he will still mess up but hopefully not too bad.

Robb looks at the LQ profiles to see if anything else popped into his head. Robb knows there is probably things he forgot but this is a good start for something to review every time he opens Quest Master till it is just ingrained.

Robb just hopes to help the girls but is very limited now. Thinking about being limited reminds him that he has another slot but it is too dangerous to use on his parents. He thinks that he could save it for Ness but the program did say it was a limited range. Demon's friends were not options as he knew nothing about them. Maybe he would try to find a local gaming group.

Robb was thinking more than paying attention to time but notices the tab refreshes. He takes his time to look through it and spots a new perk for Demon.

Studious - Efficiency of studying increases. Hidden: Slight increases to libido every 30 minutes of studying.

Robb starts to see some dots connect that there is a sexual twist to this program. He does not know how bad it can get though he does know that sex is good for health in many ways. Robb is not sure if he should add to the danger list about sexual compulsions could become a problem.

He sees the screen refresh again. Angel has a new perk.
