Michael Clark

Pre-Show Bio: Michael is intelligent and compassionate, but has become somewhat gun-shy over the last few years as his risk-taking backfired on him badly. He holds out hope that he can pull it back together with Danica and rebuild his business.

Job: Michael is owner of a small, struggling software company.

Relationship to Michael: One of self-doubt, creeping up and challenging his previously unflappable confidence.

Appearance: 41 years old. A dad bod over old muscle, built during a short stint in the military years ago and intermittently maintained since. Salt-and-pepper hair.

Transformations:

• Gotta keep on running - Michael has increased stamina and fitness, to make sure he can keep up with these ladies.
• Demanding Boss - Active when Michael gives any command. If it would produce points, rewards for pleasing Michael are significantly increased. But penalties for displeasing Michael or denying him that command are also significantly increased, even if it would not otherwise produce points.
• But I Did Not Shoot the Deputy - Michael must deputize one of the girls to represent him. She gains star-shaped areola and public hair and can command the others as Michael does (complete with the points boost) if they have those breasts out. If the Deputy upsets Michael, she will lose points. Michael can replace her at any time.
• The Quivering Quim Quiver - Cupid is overrated! Why would you want to pierce someone’s heart with true love when you can fill it with primal lust instead? The wearer’s own ecstacy is all the ammo you’ll need! [The Quiver must be worn by someone to work, and will produce “arrows” based on the wearer’s arousal. The arrows can be fired by any bow, of which Michael has one, and will pass that arousal into the person it hits.]
• Whip It Good - Striking a girl with animal transformations impose your will on them. Use such fun commands as kneel, forward, suck, and fuck with no fear of consequence! At least to start, the animal may fear the lash but they will remember who wielded it.

Pre-Show Bio: Ruby was the longtime assistant for Harem Hotel - Love Boat, a cruise-ship themed set. After the collapse of the Harem Hotel - Casino season, she made a claim to be the replacement host, which Al challenged. It was locked up in bureaucracy for years, and would have been for many more, until Al proposed the wager. Ruby is smart and cunning, but less experienced than Al and may have gotten in too deep.

Relationship to Michael: Co-hosting his season.

Appearance: Hollywood gorgeous with pale skin and flaming red hair.

Alphonse

Pre-Show Bio: Al was the assistant for Harem Hotel - Casino until the lost season. He escaped blame for its failure and put in a claim to be the replacement host - a role he thinks belongs to him. He proposed the bet to Ruby, and is thoroughly confident he has her cornered.

Job: Co-Host

Relationship to Michael: Co-hosting his season, selected Michael as the Master

Appearance: Short and fat with ill-fitting clothes. Is never seen without a cigar in his hand.

• Colt (“Cowboy”) - Al’s former boss at Harem Hotel - Casino. His name, ultimate fate, and the reason the season failed have not been revealed. First appeared in “Danica.”

Danica Clark

Pre-show Bio: Danica is Michael’s wife and Mallory’s mother. She and Michael were married for years, but the collapse of his finances due to the raid on his company and his gambling ultimately drove her to kick him out. Danica and Mallory bailed him out financially but kicked him out about eight months earlier. She misses him, and has barely stopped herself from booty-calling him more than once. Before Michael, she was in a marriage to a wealthy man (prodicing Mallory) that he ended.

Danica is a nurturing person by nature, but the nature of her job allows her to maintain focus during stress and chaos.

Job: Emergency room Doctor.

Relationship to Michael: His current wife

Appearance: 40 years old. Long-haired brunette (kept in braid) with a soft frame, starting to tighten again due to a return to regular yoga in preparation to get back to dating. A career spent in sneakers makes her unsteady on heels. Danica is now under the lingering effects of the pills, which have left her in a slightly aroused state, with larger than average assets in the front and back.

Transformations:

• Mother’s Little Helper - Danica receives three bottomless bottles of pills, and must take at least one a day or suffer withdrawal. One makes her extremely aroused, one makes her ass and breasts swell, one relaxes her and makes her more accepting of her circumstances. Each effect lasts the day, but does not fully recede. • Yuki - The Host of Harem Hotel: Corporate Restructuring [Sho’s “Ben Weathers” branch]. She took an interest in this season and utilized Mallory’s transformation to invade, drafting the “Mommy’s Little Slut” TF that won the round 3 vote.

Janet Mohney

Pre-show Bio: Janet is one of Mallory's oldest friends. She is a Sociology student at the University of California - Santa Barbara on a scholarship. But it does not cover the cost of living, so she works as a waitress at a Mexican restaurant/sports bar. She is dating Trent, who unbeknownst to her is cheating on her with Mallory.

She is a very trusting friend. She also harbored a crush on Michael for years, and they shared a kiss a few years ago that he immediately broke off and declared a mistake.

As of the end of the third challenge, Janet was 1st in the Best Girl vote and is viewed by all the other contestants and Michael as one of the most beautiful women on Earth. Janet’s past has been modified by Al and the Hotel to include a long term affair with Michael. This, however, affects her point totals for sexual acts.

Appearance: 21 years old. Redheaded and slightly curvaceous.

Transformations:

• BF/F - Janet can no longer form platonic female friendships. She will feel an equivalent amount of lust for any woman as she feels kinship.
• That Ho of Today - Janet follows the trends now, and the trend is sexy. Her wardrobe becomes the trashiest kind of modern.
• America’s Sweetheart - Janet’s finish in the best girl poll will determine how physically attractive she is to everyone around her, lasting until another is held. The swings are both **** and retroactive to all other contestants. The subsequent best girl poll affected her past with Michael - she has now been in a torrid affair with him for years.
• Peer Pressure - When Janet is insulted or praised (“slut”, “bimbo”, “bestie”, etc), she will take on elements of that into herself. The more it is repeated (or if it comes from Michael) it will start to become permanent.

Mallory Fremont

Pre-show Bio: Mallory is a 20 year old college sophomore at the University of California - Santa Barbara. Michael entered her life as a teenager and she took an immediate dislike. - indeed she has disliked all her mother’s relationships, but she believes she has individual reasons for each one. Mallory has never had difficulty attracting men, thinks they are generally interchangeable, and views them transactionally. This is likely due to her biological father’s influence - he is wealthy and cutthroat. She lives off of a substantial trust fund that he established, but she generally conceals the scope of her resources from her friends. Prior to coming to the Harem Hotel, she was sleeping with her best friend’s boyfriend.

Relationship to Michael: Stepdaughter

Appearance: She is a tall, long-haired blonde who takes a certain amount of pride in looking ‘natural.’ She is naturally skinny with large breasts, and so far there is no evidence of her hard living on her skin.

Transformations:

• In Vino Falsitas - Inverts the effects of **** on Mallory. When she has none in her system, she is loose and uninhibited. Each drink makes her more clear-headed, but at the cost of becoming more submissive and deferential.

• Scripted Reality - Fans can suggest lines for her to say, which she will be **** to say at some point that day, without warning or context. Others will be unaware of this compulsion and will react as if it were her own thought.

Pre-show Bio: Vivian met Michael at a trade conference many years ago and the two were immediately congenial. She recognized the potential in Michael’s company, but after he brought her onboard she came to believe he’d never reach it. Roughly two years prior to Harem Hotel, she quietly organized a headhunting raid, poaching several of Michael’s clients and employees and taking them to a rival firm.

Job: Executive Vice President

Relationship to Michael: Former colleague

Appearance: 34 years old, Soulcycle-toned with a blonde bob, and takes care to look immaculate whenever she can.

Transformations:

• Second Place is First Loser - She will feel intensely competitive with the other women about everything, including Michael’s affection. Starting with the next round, transformations for any challenge she doesn’t win outright will also be enhanced.
• Mother’s Little Helper - Possesses Danica’s relaxation pills but is not addicted to them.
• Reading the Table [boon] - Vivian is much more attuned and alert to other’s emotional signals, to the point that **** emotions can be overpowering. She can spot other’s tics and tells by observing them, but not while gambling. [Expired]

Sarah Henderson

Pre-show Bio: Sarah Henderson is a programming genius and she knows it, with the hotheadedness and arrogance that often follow. Her temper got her pushed out of the market in the Bay Area and **** her down to Los Angeles when Michael offered her a lifeline. When Vivian tried to headhunt her away, Sarah refused and stayed with Michael out of loyalty. Given the state of things, she isn’t sure it was the right decision.

Job: Lead Developer

Relationship to Michael: Subordinate - on paper. But they need each other and both are fully aware of it.

Appearance: 29 years old. Short-haired blonde with an overly casual aesthetic, baggy clothes and all. Stocky frame from a life in computer chairs.

Transformations:

• Agile Developer - The unathletic Sarah becomes extremely flexible, and develops a preference and a need for exotic positions to remain comfortable
• Marker - Sarah is in debt to the casino, and interest penalties will accrue if she cannot pay it back. [Paid in Full]
• Master’s Favor-Sarah possesses a magical sex toy that has assumed the shape of Michael’s penis. While it cannot give her an orgasm, it has given her a tattoo across her lower midsection. Sarah has discovered that only Michael can grant her permission to climax.

• Gropy and Pervy - Sarah is bound to a magical rope which squirms around her and enjoys tying her to things, swatting her, and tearing away clothes that it disapproves of. She has named the two ends of the rope.

“Lucky” Luciana del Rio

Pre-show Bio: Luciana is a professional MMA fighter with a record of 12-1-3. And it’s the 1 that haunts her. After building enough buzz to get herself onto a major undercard with the potential for a title shot, she made a crucial mistake and lost to a huge underdog. Michael had staked a substantial amount of money on this fight, and the fallout of the loss severely damaged his relationship (not that Luciana knows that). Luciana’s father is a former journeyman boxer himself, and he’s poured himself into her career as a way to validate his own.

Job: Professional athlete

Relationship to Michael: One of his favorite fighters, but the one whose loss burned him the hardest.

Appearance:

[Daytime] Black-haired latina with a heavily muscled frame. She was taken just before a fight, so her body is more defined than usual, but will return to her natural shape as the contest continues-barring changes.

[Nighttime] When the sun sets, Luciana’s muscletone fades to soft curves, and her breasts, ass, and lips swell to give her a highly feminine shape. Her tits will begin to swell with milk and must be drained in order to transform into her daytime body.

Transformations:

• Sun’s out, Guns out - Luciana will fluctuate between her typical peak strength at high noon, but become more feminine and soft from dusk until dawn. Her nails and hair will lengthen, her lips will swell, and her body will gain curves. [See above]
• ‘Lucky’ be a Lady Tonight - Luciana is blessed with fortune based upon her position on the leaderboard. The higher she ranks, the luckier she will be. Lower rankings will make her unlucky. • A Ten Count - If Luciana pins another girl down for the requisite ten seconds, she can issue a command which they must obey. However, if they do the same to her, then they would be able to issue one in turn.
• Muscle Milk - Cowgirls are all the rage. During the night, Luciana’s breasts will uncomfortably swell with milk. Her transformation back to her daytime form will not happen until another person milks her. Rhonda “Ronnie” Clark

Pre-show Bio: Ronnie is Michael’s first wife. She moved from Louisiana to LA to pursue her dream of being a dancer. She and Michael met while he was stationed in California and married quickly and passionately. She was **** by the Harem Hotel to compete for a prior season, centering around a former High School friend of hers. When the season collapsed and went un-aired, she was made a member of the Harem Hotel background cast. While she retained her own memory (though not her free will), she was erased from the memories of all who knew her.

Job: Harem Hotel “employee”

Relationship to Michael: His first wife.

Appearance: “22” years old. She is short and bronze-skinned, with curly black hair and a lithe dancer’s body.

Transformations: She was transformed into a tall, busty, perpetually smiling bombshell. She would take on whatever persona was appropriate for the season’s locale, such as a hiking guide on Harem Hotel - Yukon, a sultry jazz singer on Harem Hotel - French Quarter, a bartender on Harem Hotel - Yucatán, and ultimately a showgirl on Harem Hotel - Casino, before being added to the cast. As part of the current game, she was reverted to her original appearance and personality.

• Hell on Heels - Ronnie will be unable to walk unless she is in heels, and the heel must be as tall in inches as her place on the leaderboard plus two (3rd = 5”). She is currently in 6th place, giving her 8” platforms.
• Pavlov’s Bitch - Ronnie will climax immediately whenever she hears a bell.
• Jacks to Open - She will awaken each morning with a powerful need to bring herself to climax, and cannot focus on any other task until she has. Using a bell will not satisfy it.
• Fits Like an Old Coat - Ronnie will be able to call up the characters the Hotel made her play, along with their associated skills (singing, sex, cooking, etc). However, elements of the Hotel personality associated with them will come back as well.
• Lady in the Streets - A contestant or Michael referring to Ronnie as “Lady Clark” will temporarily activate a highly-formal governess persona who is extremely deferential to Michael, driven to performing housework or other womanly duties, and will feel compelled to push other ladies to do the same. If none trigger this personality intentionally, she will appear randomly.
• Wanted: Spread and Alive - When Michael fantasizes about Ronnie, a bounty is created for that act and visible to all, on a “WANTED” Poster posted in the Contestant’s living quarters. The bounty can be VPs, Chips, or a favorable TF. Whomever is involved in that scenario will gain the bounty if they perform it while Michael watches. Ronnie will not gain that reward.

Related Minor Characters:

• Officers Olivera and McNally - The LAPD officers that responded to her ****.
• Nancy Wallace - Rhonda’s mother. Had her memory wiped of Rhonda’s existence. Revealed to be deceased in “Lost and Found.”
• Tarin - Her friend and lover during her original season of HH. Ronnie convinced Silas, that season’s master, not to sleep with Tarin in the hopes that it would get the show canceled and send them home. It did get the show canceled, but Tarin, Ronnie, and all the other contestants were mind-controlled into Staff.

The Harem Hotel Staff

Pre-show Bio: Varies..

Job: Harem Hotel “employee”

Relationship to Michael: Supporting the show

Appearance: Varies, but inevitably caricatured.

Transformations: The Staff have been placed under a spell that compels them to obey the Master when he requests things, except for sex. They will also aid the contestants, within reason, but may demand payment in chips as appropriate. They cannot actively interfere in the game.

Introduction: First Appeared in “Ok now seriously, Michael this time.”

• Celene - A blonde roughly Mallory’s size, whom she used as a decoy in “Fight or Flight.”
• Esmeralda - The proprietor of a sex shop in the Hotel’s shopping district. First appeared in “Fight or Flight.” Sarah is bound to work for her.
• Damien - A hunky blackjack dealer that Mallory played with in “Know When To Hold ‘Em.”
