Up stairs

Bruce goes to the staircase and walks up it.{if Mitch Superego = true} There were a series of doors, like with Mitch. However, Bruce was drawn to the one nearest the stairs, as it was wide open and he could hear someone on the other side crying{else} There were a series of doors at the top of the stairs. When he went through the door, Bruce saw Will on the floor in tears. Bruce, regardless of how he was feeling, felt uncomfortable, to say the least, and walked over to Will, a heap on the floor.

"Hey, Will." Bruce said, leaning over Will, putting a hand on his shoulder. "What's the mat..." But his is cut off as Will turns to Bruce and grabs his legs in a hug.

"I'm so confused Bruce." Will cries.

"There there," Bruce crouches down, sitting next to Will, giving him a proper hug. _Why am I doing this? Will cheated on me and I'm still here for him? _Bruce thought to himself, as he patted Will on the back. Bruce could feel Will's tears roll down his back. "Tell me what's wrong," Bruce says pulling out of the hug but holding Will's shoulders. Will was avoiding eye contact, but looked at him

"I don't know why I was doing it." Will cried, "I hurt you and Rod."

"I've never done anything like this before and when I did the first time, with Rod...I felt so dirty." Will said looking away from Bruce. "And you Bruce...you're just perfect...you're kind, generous, you never fight with me. You're supportive..." Will's nose starts dripping, "And when I fucked your dad I felt so awful...It felt so good...and I hated myself for it." Will looked back at Bruce, "I love you so much...I didn't want to hurt you. And I knew I'd hurt you."

"Why did you wait six months Will?" Bruce asked, "Why did you keep fucking my dad?"

"I...I don't know. I've felt dirty for the past six months, but when I fucked Rod...It felt like I had control over the situation again." Will said, "And as time went on, I started developing feelings for him. Being with him felt safe."

"Why didn't you tell me Will...We could've worked something out," Bruce said and Will looked up, his eyes twinkling.

"What? Worked something out? But I cheated on you," Will said.

"No Will, you cheated on me and lied to my face." Bruce said, tears starting to well up in his eyes, "If you had just told me, we could've fixed things...but instead you wasted six months of my life, lying to my face that you still cared about this relationship."

"But I did care...I didn't want to hurt you." Will says.

"Do you really think lying to me and fucking my dad, shows how you care," Bruce says angrily. Will pauses and then in a soft timid voice replies.

"No...I was being selfish." Will said. The two of them sat there in silence, no longer hugging, just sitting face to face, not looking at each other. The room they were in was a void, nothing other than the two of them. Finally, Bruce spoke up.

"Now, I'm only gonna ask you this once." Bruce looked into Will's eyes, "If you could fix things, clean slate...who would you pick...Me or Rod?"
