Up in the air

The first thing Xander saw as he looked at the Accelerator was three awards.

Speed Demon - congratulations, you've set a world record for most uses inside of a minute

Outside the Box - kudos, your unorthodox thinking has allowed you to start strong

Mass Quantities - well done, you've set a record for most uses inside of a minute

Xander reread just to make sure but it looked like he was getting two awards for doing one thing. Tho... if one was based on speed and the other on numbers... technically that could be a reason for two different awards.

He shook himself to break out of overthinking things. Whatever he got the points for didn't matter, what mattered was that he had the points... erm, awards.

Was there a difference between points and awards? Did awards count as points, maybe, a point multiplier?

Xander did a point check as he wasnt that surprised to see that his point total was more then it had been before. It looked like each award came with twenty five points. So instead of fifty points he was now sitting pretty at one hundred and twenty five.

So what were his bonuses?

An Air of Authority - you carry with you a sense of control and competence, people listen when you speak, people respect you

An Air of Danger- you carry yourself with a barely contained sense of voilence and raw power, people submit to your wrath, people fear you

An Air of Carnality - maybe its the way you talk, maybe its the way you walk, people can't help but notice you and desire you, people want you

"Okay..." Xander nodded his head as he mulled over his choices. All three sounded good. But he didnt want to break the bank either. He did a point check on how much each bonus cost and...

"Huh."

Each Level 1 bonus was twenty five points. Seventy five total for the three and he had one hundred and twenty five to spend. So no reason he shouldn't get all of them.

Or...

Xander looked at the Level 2 tab hiding right behind the Level 1 tab.

Before he spent any of his points on Level 1 perhaps he should check and see if there was any bonus on Level 2 that he would be better served splurging on.
