Up close and personal with the toilet

The first thing she does is push Miranda further into the stall, so her face was practically over the toilet bowl. At this point, Miranda could see the contents of the bowl, and was not impressed. Her muffled protests were ignored by Nicole though.

Nicole then grabbed one of the remaining pair of handcuffs from the bag and attached one cuff to the left hand of her captive. She stretched Miranda's hand all the way forward, forcing Miranda to lean in closer to back of the toilet bowl. Nicole then walked around to Miranda's right side and outstretched her arm as well. She then, with some effort, pulled the unlinked cuff from Miranda's left hand and cuffed her right hand together. Miranda was essentially hugging the toilet bowl, with her hands cuffed behind the back bottom of the toilet. It didn't get much more humiliating for a once pristine, yet stuck-up bitch like Miranda. Here she was, front and center inside the men's room of a public rest stop bound to a toilet, with her head literally a foot away from a bowl of the culmination of piss, shit, spit, toilet paper, and god knows what else.

At this point, Nicole removed Miranda's gag and let her speak.

"What the fuck Nicole! Get me away from this--this is disgusting!!!" she clamored.

"I told you that you're attitude was shitty. I'm just putting you closer to where you belong," Nicole replied snidely. "This could have been me for all you cared. You're getting what you deserve."

"Holy shit, I'm sorry, okay! Please let me out of this," Miranda whispers to her. When she sees Nicole shake her head and smile back at her, she realizes that there is no escaping any time soon. "Then please flush of the toilet or something!"

"You know what, I can nice I guess," Nicole says, surprising you. "If anyone here wants to flush the toilet when I'm done setting this bitch up, they can," she says loud enough for others to hear. Miranda looks back with a slight sense of relief. Maybe she can convince one of them to be nice enough to flush the putrid contents of the bowl. This moment of relief is short lived however, as Nicole walks up to the bowl holding something.

"This is the key to unlock the cuffs you have on," she says smiling, showing Miranda what was in her hand. She the proceeds to drop the key into the bowl. "You still want someone to flush the toilet, along with your hopes of getting out!" she says gleefully. "You can always dig through the bowl with your mouth to get it though if you want to still have the key, and have it flushed... No one else is reaching in there for you" she tells her, as both of them watch the key sink below the floating masses in the bowl. Miranda quietly starts to tear up, not wanting to give Nicole the satisfaction that she has been truly broken at this point.

"Hey baby," Nicole says to you, "do you mind tying the sluts knees together while I get something else from the bag?"

You don't need telling twice as you retrieve a small length of rope from the bag and tie Miranda's knees tightly together. She struggled a little bit, but you easily overpower her with the state that she is in. You're glad to see she has a little fight left in her.
