Unorthodox detour

You go to check the door to Mei's Chambers only to notice she locked you in when she and her hand Maidens left. You think of picking the lock to sneak out but toss that idea aside realizing Mei will be at your chambers before you could reach them. As you slightly panic for just a few brief seconds your mind finally comes up with the perfect solution. That solution is to retreat out her window and use the tree branches to win the race back to your bedroom lowering the chance of being discovered of spying on your cousin and her hot friends. You Quickly look around her room noticing some red silk fabric that Mei is using to create a new piece of clothing and grab the scrapes to wrap around your old charred arm wounds. In doing so, your mind reminds yourself to ask were your gauntlets were placed.

Now with your old scars covered, you make a quick break for the window knowing that you have a slim chance to beat your cousin to your room but know if you could just make it outside your window you may be able to claim that your meditating on recent events by sitting on one of the large branches overlooking the city below which is a coping mechanism your Uncle Akechi told you to do to clear your mind. It does dawn on you that Mei will notice the silk wrapped around your arms as hers but will most likely choose not to mention it in front of her friends earning you a private interrogation of what you were up to in her quarters.

With great balance and timely leaps of skill trained into you by your Uncle to help you cope with the physical wounds you suffered when a child, you make your way across the huge branches of the giant tree, working your way around the massive trunk to get back to your enclosure. Luckily for you jumping from branch to branch you just barely make it to the overlook outside your window just as Mei opens your door to find out why Dusk is howling and drawing attention.

As Mei quiets your Great Wolf companion you notice your excursions in making it back to your quarters have reopened your fresh wound. Knowing you will be in more trouble now even though its barely bleeding Mei won't care and will now likely end up babysitting you to prevent you from causing more damage while you're supposed to be resting up before your upcoming travels.
