Unintentional accident

You look around noticing that the crowd died down, but it's not secluded enough to perform the ritual. "Victor I don't have all the supplies on me do you have any sage, and chalk?" he nods, and goes outside. it must be in his car you think before looking Lily "Alright now all we need is a place where we won't be disturbed you know any Lily?" She laughs and gets up signaling to follow her.

You follow her down the hall to an elevator that leads to the 2ed floor or the basement. right as Victor catches up handing what you asked for "I would choose the basement John, If you burn sage in the VIP lounge it may harm some of the customers with weaknesses to cleansing herbs." You forgot about that, your concussion not fully healed has your mind temporary strained. "Yes, Thanks for reminding me I'm not one hundred percent healed yet." He claps his hand on your shoulder giving you a worried look.

"Don't worry my friend I know this ritual well even though I've never used it as Hunters banish not bind spirits." He releases his grip and allows you to enter the elevator with Lily. "Ok, John just be careful I'll just stay here and make sure no one interferes." You give a reassuring smile as you hit the button to the basement. The elevator stops you both get out and clear a space in the center of the open floored basement. "I had an older sister who isolated herself from the family, and one night, while my parents were on a hunt, left her to watch me." You draw a circle in chalk "Everything was going fine me playing around the house until I heard a scream coming from my sister's room, and I was worried so I ran up the stairs to her room, but I found her sitting in a chair reading a book like nothing was wrong." You begin writing the runes of the Binding Ritual.

"I turned around, and saw what I believed to be evil spirit charging at me, but my sister told it I was her brother, and it just stopped before it changed its shape into a teenage girl my sister's age." You light the sage and quickly cleanse the area of demonic influence. "I learned a lot about the incorporeal beings for next two years until my parents found out, and killed them both permanently to protect the Hamilton reputation." You draw your sword from the cane to cut your finger for a few drops of blood you smudge into the center of the circle."I'm sorry I didn't intentionally bring back bad memoirs John" You give her a little smile "Lily just sit in the circle on the opposite side I'll sit in, and we look into each other's eyes" Lily giggles at you. "That is no chanting or is this your way of flirting with me you naughty man?" She says jokingly attempting to lighten your mood. You both laugh. "No with my blood smudged in the center, and us sitting in inside the circle will cause the Runes to activate making a contract between us now let us begin." You Both sit down and stare into the eyes of the other. The runes glow Red, Blue, Green, and White the four colors representing the natural elements, while your blood represents Life.

You notice Lily's acting odd, and you're about to stop the ritual when a blast from where your blood is knocks you both out of the circle. Your vision blurs a moment, but as it clears you to notice Lily laying on the ground motionless. You **** yourself up to check on her but notice one of the runes you drew is wrong making you worried. With your focus on your mistake, you hear Lily voice. "Fuck John I always told you to pay attention to the runes Little Brother." You look over at Lily and realize you merged your memories of your sister with her. "Are you my sister or Lily, who I just met an hour ago?" She gives a sweet smile, then giggles "Both little Brother, and I know how our family hurt you with my **** then **** you out after getting hurt, but now I'll help protect you like you tried for me." You don't know what to do at the moment, but you do know the biding part worked.
