Unexpectedly, to say the least

As they left the main street they began chatting with each other. Megumin looked at Kazuma. "Is Darkness calling you 'master' going to be the new normal I need to get used to?"

"In private, yes," he replied.

"Hey, I like calling him that!" Darkness grinned.

"If that's true then why didn't you call him that before he got a sex genie!" Megumin shouted

"...because I never made a move on her until I did?" Kazuma offered. "At that point, I just accepted that my life was destined to be a little perverted, and am now rolling with it."

Megumin gave him an eye roll. "Answering a question that I asked a girl who is calling you master, is cringe."

"...sorry, my first reaction to stupid questions is to snark," Kazuma snorted. "Go ahead and answer her honestly, Darkness."

The topaz pendant on her neck glowed. Megumin noticed that. "Hey hey! What! What is that! I call foul!"

Darkness quivered a bit. "It is my **** collar. It compels me to obey Master. You could think of it as a wedding ring of sorts. Proof that he claimed me. And I do honestly enjoy being claimed by such a beast."

Darkness seemed to genuinely forgot that Megumin was asking why she never called him master before. The crimson demon stared at Kazuma seemingly more sure of shenanigans than before.

"You still didn't answer her question," Kazuma gently reminded her.

"What was the question Master?" she asked while looking up at the ceiling and touching her chin.

"Why you didn't call me Master before Aqua became a genie," he face palmed.

"Because he had yet to prove himself worthy to be my Master," Darkness said as if it was the most obvious thing in the world.

"You seriously suspicious of this, Megumin? You knew she was this kind of perv long before the lamp came along," Kazuma smirked at her.

"Just don't go making any wishes that involve me without asking, buster or I will show you an explosion of a level even a sex genie can't match!"

Aqua starts laughing uncontrollably.

Darkness also covers her mouth to hide a giggle.

"...I think Aqua took that as a challenge," Kazuma sweat dropped. "Let's just go."

Darkness whispered in his ear. "Explosion is also a term people sometimes use for an orgasm. In that regard I think Lady Aqua is currently unbeatable."

"I know," he smirked as they reached the cemetery.

"Master! It is creepy! Why are we doing this at night again?" Aqua asked.

"Because that's when our target comes out, dummy," he rolled his eyes.

"You could have wished they would come out in the day!" Aqua said.

"That seems like it would have unforeseen consequences on the town as a whole," Darkness said.

Kazuma activated his Detect Enemy skill, and paused. "Five enemies? That can't be right, Zombie Makers tend to only raise two to three at a time..." he muttered. "I suppose it's within the margin of error, but keep your guards up."

Megumin nodded and they saw movement ahead, and hid behind a tombstone. Peeking around, they spotted a figure in dark robes with a magic circle formed, performing some kind of ritual.

Kazuma had an idea. "I wish I could silent cast steal and um, I dunno if I silent cast it on a girl I like, they feel pleasure. Yeah. That work Aqua?"

Aqua looked at Kazuma in disgust, warring with her arousal as she snapped her fingers. "Master, you can't seriously be thinking about seducing that... Thing!?" she demanded.

"...thing?" Megumin and Kazuma asked simultaneously.
