Unexpected help

Your peace and quiet suddenly gets disturbed by a blob of water being dropped on your head. You look around startled thinking the humans have found you. But you don't see anything, and you don't hear a thing. Then you remember a certain fairy that lives around here, and a surprised "Sammy?" escapes your mouth.

A little head peeks from behind a bush. "Huh? You know me?"

You laugh a little. " What, you don't recognise me if I'm not with Jenny?"

She looks confused for a moment and then yells "Max!" and she flies in front of you. "You look different ... She did say she bit you, but wow..."

"What are you doing here, don't fairies sleep?"

"Of course we do, but weird people keep wandering around lately, and a girl has to protect her home, you know?" She says as she slowly lands on your leg. "But what are you doing here? Planning on doing naughty things with Jenny?"

You smile. "Not today, but maybe soon?"

"She promised me a jar of honey the next time she came, you wouldn't be here for that, would you?"

"Nope. Sorry to disappoint."

"So, what are you doing?"

"You know that building over the street, Jenny got captured, and I plan to bring her back."

"No way!"

"Don't worry, I'll definitely bring her back, and I'm sure we'll have fun next time when she visits you."

"Hm.." She takes flight again. " Then you should sleep, and preserve your strength for the rescue!"

"I'll do that."

"Ok! Sleep well!" She lands on your head and sits down. You almost laugh at her antics but stop as she starts glowing green, the wind starts moving, and the forest seems to come alive. And after a few seconds, it suddenly stops, as if it never happened. Darkness comes back, and you fell ****.
