Unexpected encounter

Frank got dressed and headed downstairs hoping to grab a snack before heading off to college. As he made his way down he noticed his stepsisters room was slightly open. Curious he stopped and found an interesting site. His sister was bent over looking through her drawers she was wearing nothing but a pair of pink cotton panties. He could see a hint of camletoe poking through as she searched for something. Too stunned to turn away he shook himself out of his stupor in time to find his sister bad turned around. She was wearing a decently tight top that did little to hide her breasts.

"Hey and what the hell are you doing?" She questioned. Susan had just about enough of Frank. He seemed to always try and steal glances at her any chance he got.

"Sorry I saw the door open. Please dont be mad." Frank said. Suddenly Susan couldnt remember why she even cared that he was looking. Shrugging she simply turned around and went back to looking for her shorts.
