Unexpected development

When you can finally hear either of the girls' words again, it's Kendra saying "Put that on" and Alexa responding with "Really?" Kendra says yes and then you hear some footsteps before Kendra calls down to you.

"Doctor?" she says.

"Yes?" you respond.

"Wait another few minutes please," she says and it sounds like she's going to the other side of the upstairs. You acknowledge her words and keep waiting. She's probably going to put on some clothes so that she can see you with Alexa, but then that means you can't take advantage of Alexa again. Should you leave? No, you decide. You can either make something up or just use your mind control ring if things aren't going well. You hear some footsteps from time to time but it's about another 10 minutes before you hear Kendra's voice again.

"Doctor?"

"Yes?"

"Please come up. We're here in the sitting room to the left of the stairway," Kendra says and you cautiously head upstairs, wondering what you're going to find. The room is easy to find, just to the left of the stairway and it's a spacious room with lots of sunlight and even a patio that overlooks the back of the house. However, what really catches your eye are Kendra and Alexa standing in the center of the room. They're dressed identically in white lingerie: corset bra, panties and stockings. They look stunning and Kendra has an arm around Alexa in a protective way while the younger sister clings to her.

Your jaw drops and you don't know what to say or do and you just stand there. Kendra speaks. "Alexa told me everything in detail," she says.

"Okay..." Normally you might think Kendra would be angry, but the way she's dressed suggests otherwise so you wait to see where this is going.

"She told me about the discomfort she's feeling and showed me where it was. And she told me about how you treated it for her. You see, we're actually the same age, she was born 11 months after me in the same year. Alexa's always been a little.... you know, and I've always looked out for her. So I'm going to do the treatment with her to make sure she's okay, if that's alright with you doctor," Kendra says. What she's saying doesn't really make sense to you, but maybe it does to her and Alexa.

"Um... that's alright with me..." you say, not sure what to do next.

"Well then, why don't you get ready?" Kendra says suggestively.
