The current Emperor's sixth son and one of his favorite, the young man is the definition of pampered. He seeks nothing but pleasure and plans to use his position to lay back and enjoy life while he lets his legions focus on expansion. Ulioh spent his years having wild parties in the capitol and dearly wishes to host more once his uncle is **** into retirement. He is not a favorite among the senate for his lack of focus but a darling among the people and the elite for his parties. He is also pansexual which is not taboo in the empire, but not a desired trait in an emperor who need to churn out children often combined with his lacking desire to do as he's told. Ulioh was crowned the king of orgies back home and has assembled a personal guard of men and women with the least amount of inhibition which has led his uncle to claim the boy is a disgrace for the military.
