A webnovel written by Zentmeister. Tl;dr American military/engineer guy gets isekai'd into late-medieval Europe, introduces future stuff, gets babes along the way. One of my favorite webnovels, its a good read if you are into a intellectual and cold protagonist, as well as stories that deal with a lot of politics and management. The author definitely knows what he's talking about and manages keeps the story at a good pace and has the world act accordingly and realistically towards Berenger and what he does and introduces to the world. Berenger is overall a good protagonist that you can root for despite his flaws. Highly recommend.

Now enough of that shilling shit, Berenger has 3 lovers (as of chapter 330). I'll introduce em below if your curious/too lazy to read. Just know I give just a light description of their character based on what I remember at this moment. Or if ya dont care just go right to the story.
