Chapter 96

What’s next?
Tuesday. English on the first period.
It’s happening again today. It happened yesterday on your last period and it’s happening again today.
English classes are weird now. That’s not to say they’re bad, but they’re very different. Content, structure and discipline haven’t really changed, but the mood in the classroom definitely has, and everyone notices.
Your English teacher is definitely in a good mood. More so than ever. No, she’s not jumping around the classroom. No, she’s not singing in the classroom either, though she has been caught humming a couple of times.
No, your English teacher is smiling. She’s being very forgiving of people’s mistakes and is working personally with the students to correct them. There hasn’t been another case of her snapping at someone for giving a wrong answer, and she even apologized to the girl she snapped at. You still think it was a good thing, though. That girl now clearly remembers what a hyperbole is.
“Ms. Owens… did something good happen?” One of the girls asks, curiosity getting the better of her.
The teacher sighs, still unable to clear her smile. “If you find this too weird I can always go back to how I was before, you know?”
There’s a massive outburst of “noes” as everyone assures her they like her more like this, which makes you smile.
“Fine, I’ll tell you a little bit.” She says, looking at different students as she speaks. “I got a lot of issues solved, so I can finally relax. Things have been going well recently, so yes, I’m very happy. I even have a date this Saturday.” Her eyes linger on you as she says those words with a big grin and then immediately move to another student.
“Oh my God!”
“Are you serious!?”
“Who is it? How does he look like!?”
There’re many questions and class is interrupted for the next 5 minutes as Mia tries to normalize the situation. It seems everyone’s excited for her.
When class is over, she sneakily tells you to go to her office during the recess. Of course, you don’t go together. You wait for her to get there and then head to her office. She tells you to come in after you knock and you find her sitting behind her desk.
“You wanted to see me, Ms. Owens?” You ask innocently, not at all with a teasing tone. Not at all.
The teacher covers her face with her hands and groans. “I’m sorry, I’m sorry.” She apologizes, confusing you. “I don’t know why I said so much. I shouldn’t have. I even looked at you when I said I had a date.”
“Don’t worry. I don’t mind. Honestly, even I’m glad to see you in a better mood during class.” You admit, smiling at her.
“What if people start talking?” She sighs.
“Let them. Everyone knows I’m going out with Emily and Megan. I don’t think it will cross people’s minds that I might be dating a teacher.” At least, you hope so.
“I guess you’re right. You and Emma have lasted this long without anyone finding out.” Mia smiles in relief, but then suddenly frowns and speaks as if talking to herself. “Speaking of her, how does she do it? How can she stay cool in class when…?” She looks at you and stops herself, her cheeks reddening slightly. She breathes deeply and in an instant she seems calm and composed once more.
“I’m sorry. I hate making excuses for myself, but it’s been to long since I felt this way about someone.” She gives you an apologetic smile.
You walk up and sit down on the chair in front of her desk. You lean in and say to her, “If it makes you feel any better, I’m not in my coolest mindset either.” You tell her with a shy smile.
“You? The man with three girlfriends?” She asks incredulously.
You frown at that. If she’s not counting herself in that, what is it that you two have right now? Are you still in the trial period? You decide to ignore that for now. Save that topic for after the Saturday date.
“Every new time feels like the first time. And while I know I might sound like a player, it’s the truth. I’ve come to realize that I fall in love too easily.” You chuckle. “I don’t think that’s a good thing.” You smile shyly.
Mia mirrors your smile. “How can you talk about love so easily?”
“I don’t know. Maybe because I’m inexperienced?” You offer.
Mia chuckles. “Probably. Still, I don’t want to go into deep discussions of what love truly is. At least, not now.” She smiles and takes your hand in hers. “For now, I want to focus on what we have, and build upon it. How does that sound?”
You nod. “I like it.” You boldly take her hand and kiss it, taking Mia by surprise. Her flustered expression is priceless. “My mind keeps going back to our Saturday together. To the things we said, to the things we did. I want to build on that, too.”
Mia presses her lips together, and before she can say anything, her phone rings. With an annoyed look, she checks it and sees that one of the teachers wants to see her.
“I have to go. We’ll talk later, ok? Don’t worry, I already have an idea for our date. Are you okay if… we make a weekend trip?” She asks.
The implications don’t go past you. “Of course.” You nod enthusiastically.
Mia stands up from her seat, as do you. She looks disappointed, but tries to hide it under a look of professionalism after a deep sigh.
As she’s about to walk past you, you grab her hand again. “Wait a minute.” You say and pull her to you. Being taken by surprise, she doesn’t put any resistance as you hold her and press your lips against hers. Her body seems to lose its strength as you hold her by the waist and slip your tongue inside her mouth. It takes her a few seconds to process what’s happening, but soon she wraps one arm around your neck and another around your waist, passionately returning the kiss.
It takes a lot of effort not to reach down and fondle her ass, but you manage to hold back. The kiss feels long, but it couldn’t have lasted more than a minute or two. When you break it, Mia looks dazed, blinks several times and coughs to clear her throat.
“I uh… I need to go.” She mumbles, walking back towards the door. “So-Someone’s waiting for me… I-I… umm… Thanks for that… See you.” She tries to grab the doorknob while her eyes are still on you and misses several times before she finally finds it and escapes, flustered.
You nod to yourself for a job well done and leave Mia’s office, looking at the AMA as you walk through the halls.
-Owens, Mia-
Affection Score: 100
Love Score: 56 (+10)
Lust Score: 35 (+9)
Taking Mia’s love score over 50 gives you 50 more love points, but that’s not what catches your eye.
You know for a fact you used all your lust points recently. You should have zero points. None at all. Yet…
Available points: 300 Friendship points / 100 Love points / 50 Lust points
You have a full 50 points.
You know that lust score goes up and down for everyone depending on how they’re feeling, but you’ve never been give points for someone who already got to 50 or 100 once already.
Curious, you look though every profile available to you to see what happened. It doesn’t take long to find the cause, along with another unexpected detail.
-Johnson, Sophia-
Affection Score: 63. (+2)
Lust Score: 51. (+51)
-Miller, Julia-
Affection Score: 31.
Lust Score: 16 (+16)
According to the App’s history, Sophia’s and Ms. Miller’s lust scores have been going up over the past week. What’s more, there’s no love score. Though the app did say that a person didn’t need to have a love score to feel lust, which makes sense. Still, how did this happen? You haven’t really interacted with them in any kind of suggestive way.
You go to your classroom and sit down to think about it. Ms. Miller did check on you last week. Does that mean she finds you attractive? You swallow as the possibilities flow through your mind. Ms. Miller is one of the hottest teachers in this school, after all, and just thinking that thinking that she looks at you that way gives you goose bumps.
But… Sophia? Sure, you’re on friendly terms with her, even if you don’t talk as much as you’d like to, but why did she suddenly start thinking of you in a sexual way? You can’t think of anything, so you try stop that train of thought. Sadly, it’s now impossible. You groan, frustrated with yourself, as images of what you’d like to do to Sophia pass through your mind.
