Tsunade has an Idea

While she was on her way home, she had to think about the words of her master. That she, the best healer in the world, had not managed to cure his illness, gnawed terribly at her ego. She would have done anything to extend his life, but she had no idea how. As stupid as it was, the greatest strength of the Uchiha was also their greatest weakness. 3. She had to hope that Sasuke would do something so epic that he would be forgiven.

Options 1 and 2 were the most direct, but also the most brutal and unsuitable for the village. Option 3 had a nice flair, but she couldn't think of anything he could do that was so epic. Option 4 would be the best option in itself, but it was also the hardest to implement. Because there were not only the usual ninjas, who would surely notice sooner or later that he was there, but there were also Danzo and his Anbu core. These ninjas were completely devoted to him and had long been a thorn in her side. In the days of the Third Hokage, Danzo and the Third had been almost equally powerful, but Tsunade was different from her predecessor. Even without her double life as Hokage and sex ****, Danzo would have been in her way. Tsunade didn't believe in the Third Hokage's shadow diplomacy. That had given Danzo too much power.
