Try to sneakily use her phone

While it's not a riskless plan, you think that might have a decent chance to take her phone from her and set up the account without her knowing. Thinking ahead, you tidy up your things a bit and get in bed, trying to make it look like you haven't woken up yet. As the sheets brush against your pubic area, the horrible sensation assails it again, causing you to involuntarily kick them away. You curse at your situation, but start to take your time, getting in bed slowly and positioning your legs so that they keep the fabric away from the areas that trigger the implant. It's not particularly comfortable and you can't really move, but you get into a position that could be confused for sleeping at a quick glance.

None too soon, you hear footsteps in the hallway and keys jingling as Erica approaches the door. You shut your eyes and feign unconsciousness as your roommate opens the door. "Heey-" she calls out before seeing you in bed and cutting herself off, becoming quiet. She quietly whispers to herself, "Wow, you never sleep in. Must be tired from studying." You hold back a smile as your ruse works.

Erica unsuccessfully attempts to set her things down quietly. She surely would have woken you if you were actually sleeping but you continue to pretend. You hear the rustle of fabric and realize that your roommate must be stripping down, before you hear her head to the bathroom. "Yes!" you think to yourself. "A shower is the perfect distraction."

The water turns on and you open your eyes to seize your moment.
