Try to make a plan

Alright, you've finished looking at every piece of this app. What in the hell are you going to do?! You read through all of that, but you never made a firm plan along the way. Yeah, there are certain things you DON'T want to do, but that doesn't help with the problem you have now. That being you need to start coming up with ways to get points and figure out what you're going to spend them on!

Fine, fine, let's start with what you're going to spend them on. Right now, you were limited to only a couple of things you could buy. I mean sure, you could buy a normal maid outfit that'll just sit on your kitchen table, but that seems dumb and useless. You could dig through clothing modify and see if you could make sandals transparent or whatever. The simple fact of the matter is, you don't have points to waste on stuff that won't give you further progress. That leaves two options.

You either go for a rule, hoping that all of that stuff unlocking on the store makes gaining more points easier.

Or you buy items from the store, one of those five items. You could buy other stuff using the search bar, but you're already suffering from choice paralysis, literally infinite things won't help you now.

Chances are, you'd need to use items until you could go for the cheapest rule, the rule you wanted, right? Although maybe if you overshot the number of points needed, one of those rules might be nice too... Walking into the bathroom and looking at your naked roommates might be nice...

Enough, now how should you handle this? Slow and steady or careful but hard?
Slow and steady would be that you don't use any items, that you just grow a pair and start standing up for yourself. Careful but Hard would involve using the items to make it easier.

At the moment, three items don't seem completely useless. The whistle, the candies, and the cat all have some useful purpose and are cheaper than the rule. Though that opens a new problem.

The bitch whistle can only just annoy Erica, who will probably just beat you up and take the whistle. But maybe if used sparingly, it could make her seem crazy and mess with her relationships with the others.

The cum candies are not a good thing to do, they involve twisting somebody to your will. Though maybe if it's only Erica...

And the cat is pretty harmless, all things considered, but it's a wild card. You can't control if it's going to tear Erica's sock revealing some sweet ankle action for the Puritans in the audience or if it's going to leave Rebecca stunned with her shirt up and her pants down in front of her family reunion. With the cat, collateral damage is inevitable. But again, maybe a few points here and there from the other girls won't be the worst thing in the world.
