You descend into the underground passage, you listen to the sound of water running, the creatures don't follow you underground, maybe they are frightened? you don't know...
A weird smell, like candy, fills your nose, and you notice a small underground river with traces of pink slime. The smell is more and more invasive, your head hurts, you turn and you try to run away outside the crack, but it's too late, you fall on the floor.

You wake up, an orc is in front of you.

Day after day is the same humiliating routine. Each morning begins with a pink fluid **** down your throat.
The orcs watch with bored amusement and your body convulses, and the cramps start. They perfected the recipe and their methods, adjusting your diet, timing your doses, and even massaging your bloated belly to make you expel the precious pink slime.

Your muscles weaken. The slime comes easier now, they reshaped your body to become a living factory.
After many years your body is destroyed, your ass prolapsed, and you expel your last piece of slime.
