Truth

Lisa looked nervously at the bottle pointing right at her, she knew what it met as she met her ex’s gaze with her own. “Truth.” She said confidently. She had seen what had become of the previous few dares, and she didn’t want Zack’s mischievous side to come out at an inopportune time.

“Aw come on Lisa!” Ashley pouted at her friend.

“Nope, I’m staying with truth, do your best Zack.” Lisa challenged the blue eyed boy.

“My best?” Zack said with a twinkle in his eye. Oh shit. “Hmm let me think then.”

“You need a suggestion Zack?” Kurt called over to him slyly.

“Ah, I’ve got just the one.” Zack said ignoring Kurt. “What would be more thrilling for you: Angry sex, or makeup sex?” Zack asked as he got comfortable ready to hear Lisa’s reply.

“Trying to measure your chances?” Lisa laughed at the question. Others who had known what Zack and Lia had gone through smiled slightly as they knew Lisa had every right to be angry at Zack, but was this Zack’s way of apologizing in his own way? They knew Zack would never come out and admit he was wrong to do what he did, in his mind he was in a relationship with the wrong person, it didn’t mean he didn’t love Lisa, just that he loved Vicky more at the time. The revelation for Lisa was heartbreaking, it was nice for their friends to see the two together once in a while smiling and having short chats again, slowly getting past the hurt. It was a surprise to some that Lisa had agreed to come to the cabin since Zack was there, but the two had kept their distance and kept the uncomfortableness to a minimum.

“Just answer the question.” Zack smiled.

“Right well, angry sex seems more my thing, but if I were really angry, sex would be the last thing on my mind, so I’d have to go with makeup sex. Just the passion and the desire for one another in such a case would get me so hot.” Lisa said. “Did that answer your question?” She smiled slyly at Zack.

“Perfectly.” Zack said. Zack caught Sarah looking at Heather with a questioning look, not knowing that Sarah had been wanting to know what Zack and Lisa’s relationship was, because there was definite chemistry there. Zack shrugged off the look between the two cousins as Lisa took the bottle and spun it hoping it landed on the girl she wanted. Sure enough it came to a stop at Chloe, who looked at Lisa with a combination of fear and anxiety on her face. Chloe had told Lisa of a story about her first time a while ago, why not get it out into the open? Plus, she wanted to watch Zack squirm. “Truth or Dare?” Lisa asked putting emphasis on what she already knew the shy girl would choose, she wouldn’t risk the dares that had already been passed about.
