Truth

"Truth." Rebecca said, and Sarah thought for a while. Then, just for fun, she decided to ask something she knew Rebecca couldn't answer.

"What's your power, Rebecca?"

"I-I don't knoooooooooooo-" her voice began to shake and distort, and her card glowed. "I am the Empress," Rebecca said, her voice sounding softer, like she had taken on someone else's mannerisms, "and my power is to animate objects. The more power I have, the more I can change their form, and the more intelligent they are, up to the point of transforming them into humans." Her voice abruptly changed back. "-Ooow, remember? God, why did you even bother asking?" Everyone looked at her, shocked.

"So," Mackenzie said, "do you want to stop and experiment with this, or should we keep going?"
