Chapter 6 by DCTVENF DCTVENF

How does Kate fare with the surprise intruder?

Trick Arrow 4

Kate cast her eyes around the table in a panic. At the far side of a massive plain of wood were the arrows, most still in boxes, strewn about in what was, at her current height, little more than a maze.

She looked to the side, and saw a glimpse of blonde hair just visible past the end of the table. No time to go all the way across the table. She turned around, and saw the snacks she’d brought up were nearer.

First, she ran to the glass. It was nearest. It was, unfortunately, also transparent. Blushing, watching Yelena through the distorted clear liquid, Kate sprinted as best she could the short distance to her half-eaten sandwich wrap, crouching behind it. She heard Yelena’s footsteps come to a stop.

“Kate Bishop?” she heard.

Kate held her breath, face hot, crouching behind her snack. She pulled her foot back, and tried to curl up small.

Oh, she absolutely needed to invest in a lock for that window. Yelena sometimes deciding to break in to say hi could be frustrating.

“Hm? Not here,” Yelena said to herself.

Now so long as she would get bored and leave, Kate was happy. She waited, wriggling up uncomfortably close to the flatbread, ducking her head underneath an overhanging piece.

Yelena’s shadow stayed overhead. Kate tried not to groan. She heard Yelena tut.

“Leaving arrows loose? For shame, Kate Bishop,” Yelena said. “You should tidy up before you go out.”

Did she have to use her full name even when she didn’t know Kate was there?

A shadow moved slightly, and Kate heard a shockingly loud clattering as Yelena looked at the arrows. Then the whole shadow moved, and she glimpsed Yelena starting to walk around the table, peering into her target range.

Kate looked around the table in a panic, with nothing to cover her naked body except for a tiny scrap of lettuce that she’d accidentally torn from her sandwich with her frantic fidgeting. She clutched it to her boobs and tried to find some better cover.

If Yelena turned around, Kate was right in the open here, and Yelena could always walk around the table again…

Kate slid back, turning up her nose as a piece of tomato squished under her ass, but quickly fell back and hastily pulled the piece of flatbread down to cover herself. She held her breath in the vegetable-scented darkness and waited.

“Really Kate Bishop, I’m disappointed in you,” Yelena said. Her voice was slightly muffled.

Did that mean she was going? Kate could handle Yelena being disappointed if she left already. Then Kate could search for the right arrow, and grow back to normal, and take a shower until she was absolutely sure her back wasn’t covered in tomato.

Then there was an earthquake.

Wait, no, it was just the wrap shaking. Kate started to slide, and clung desperately onto the flatbread, managing to hold herself up tightly underneath it as Yelena lifted up the sandwich.

“Leaving a half eaten snack when you’re out? That’s just wasteful,” Yelena said.

Kate felt the bread start to tear a little under her fingertips. She squeaked, trying to shuffle back. Then she caught a glimpse of a mouth on the far side of the bread.

Oh, Yelena wouldn’t…

The mouth drew closer Kate squeaked.

“Stop! Hey! Stop!” Kate shouted.

The squelching of the vegetable covered up her voice. In a panic, Kate let go, very much wanting to avoid the teeth - she bounced past Yelena’s chin, and embarrassingly went directly into her cleavage. Kate yelped, grabbing at the neckline of Yelena’s top.

Well, it was warmer than the table leg at any rate.

It lasted just a few seconds. Yelena looked down, perhaps expecting to need to brush a stray bit of vegetable off her shirt. She met Kate’s tiny eyes. Then she carefully put down the wrap, and lifted Kate up, a finger under each of Kate’s arms.

Kate dangled there, arms too small to reach in past Yelena’s fingers, leaving herself completely exposed - her boobs, a patch of dark hair between her legs, and a beet-red face. Yelena stared for a little too long.

“Kate Bishop,” Yelena said, at last. “You’re smaller than I remember.”

Kate squeaked.

“Hey! You were going to steal my food!” Kate said.

“You left it abandoned. This is your fault Kate Bishop,” Yelena said. “You do not leave food by itself.”

“It wasn’t by itself, I’m right here!” Kate said. “You broke in!”

Yelena lifted her other hand and gently pushed Kate’s dangling legs. Kate yelped, swinging on the spot.

“Hey, stop that!” Kate said.

“Why are you tiny, Kate Bishop?” Yelena said.

Kate blushed.

“Doesn’t matter,” Kate mumbled. “Just put me down, I can fix it.”

“What was that? I cannot hear you Kate Bishop,” Yelena said.

“I can fix it, I just need an arrow,” Kate shouted, louder so as to be heard despite her squeaky-small frame. “Put me down. Er, please?”

Does Yelena help?
