Treatment Plant (part 1)

Citrinas's situation could be serious, too serious for him to waste time with anything other than her treatment.

He realized that the maid would likely attack him, collapsing his human form, but with his spells and skills back at his disposal, that would be just a minor inconvenience.

He brought the potion to Archimago's lips and immediately felt pain from his back, so he braced himself for the collapse of his form, but it never came; instead, he felt the muscles(?) around the area he had been stabbed tighten and harden, snapping the maid's dagger in half and then pushing the other half of the blade still inside him out.

Despite his confusion, Syd didn't let himself be distracted, he still needed to make sure his potion was working as intended after all. To his relief, only moments after he administered the potion, Citrina's rhinorrhagia stopped, and she was already relaxing.

Relieved, he turned his attention to the maid, who had curiously not bothered him any more after her initial attack. To his surprise, he found her collapsed on the floor, clawing at her throat while gasping for air.

Syd had no idea what was going on with these mysterious injuries. First Archimago, now the maid, could this be an attack from an enemy stand?! Syd chuckled inwardly in response to the memory of his old word but quickly regained his focus. He moved towards the struggling woman. Other than trying to remain vigilant, he could do nothing for the mysterious attacker, but he could still save Margot. The problem became apparent the moment he got a good look at her.
