As Meghan searched the walls her now fleshy gloved hand drew her to the skull's left eye socket. Her fingers moving through the space automatically she had **** but to trust it's judgement. The fingers jumbled around with what felt like some sort of combination lock and with a clank a set of rusty handcuffs came rolling out of the small hole. "Look at this!" Meghan brought the cuffs over to her sister. "What a weird item to find... Still i feel some magic radiating from them. Let me identify them for a moment." Yvette sat down to do her usual routine with the pearl and Meghan waited patiently, eager to learn the secrets of the artifact she had just found.

Jealous Handcuffs
These handcuffs seem to have a mind of their own! if your movement is in some way impaired by nonmagical restraints, you can call upon the handcuffs by speaking the command phrase: 'I'm having such a good time!'. The handcuffs will then magically undo all your nonmagical restraints and lock themselves around your wrists.
Curse: These handcuffs cannot be unlocked by normal means. The wearer must walk 1000 steps and the handcuffs will release the wearer's wrists...?

"Strange item.." Yvette remarked after finishing the ritual. "Undo restraints only to be handcuffed again straight away."
