Travis's paradise

With this app, Travis got a mischievous idea as he shot himself, transforming his body into that of an immortal sex machine with a refined physique that never sags and a mind that never wilts. Using this change, Travis made his ray invisible and turned on aim assist as he went around transforming CEOs and other world leaders. The first thing he did was make them enact changes that fought against corruption and big businesses, helping the little guy, and saving the planet. Afterwards, Travis used one of the app's features to send a command directly into their brains as if he were blurting out a text.

That command was simple: to transform these (real) islands into his personal paradise:

• French Southern and Antarctic Lands
• Heard Island and McDonald Islands

These islands were unknown to most of the world and were missed by most on maps, so it was easy to completely erase them, leaving Travis with his own sexual paradise to do what he wished.

The first things he did revolved around upgrading the place by bringing in construction workers, engineers, electricians, and many other skilled workers who Travis could transform into upstanding citizens with large physiques and smart minds, making the minor companies he contracted into prestigious organisations destined to rise. Travis also made sure they didn't tell anyone about where they were and wouldn't ever drink again or spill secrets, so that they could go back to their families without him worrying. As for cover stories, all the influx of workers, materials, and ships didn't even get a single journalist, and with the alteration of world maps, like Google Maps, all these workers were made to fake reports around different parts of the world, in massive projects where investigators wouldn't find a fault with reports.

Within three years, the Iles Crozet were transformed into top-of-the-line research institutes where his altered dumbasses transformed into sexy women were turned into super geniuses, making several miraculous breakthroughs. These three islands had stuff like:

• Human robots with synthetic skin and working reproductive systems. These androids also have special skin designs that look, feel, and react like a human's, but can perform all their systems using just some light from a torch. Since they're machines, they can also lift with the power of 100 men, will always use correct postures, can be modified as one wishes, has an obedient/loyal AI smarter than humans, can turn rocks or organic matter into a nutritious slurry that gives a human everything they need, can see in every spectrum, has a robotic-psychic organ, can heal instantaneously, and, if given the right parameters, can run as fast as a fighter jet.
• Weather-controlling machines.
• Genetic modification labs.
• Powerful weapon facilities.
• Satellite control rooms.
• R&D labs that make quality tech to give to island residents so they don't have to deal with corporate cheapskate plans/attempts to offer crappy tech for more money.
• The best astrology facilities on the planet, which include the best telescope.
• A pet creation centre where residents put in a custom pet design by detailing specifications and maybe a drawing, leaving it up to the lab to quickly create a pet per the requestor's demands.
• Customisation labs that used random people, male or female, usually from slums or homeless demographics, and transformed/brainwashed them into top-tier beauties, down to their genetics, all thanks to a device using Travis's ray, allowing the islands to fill up with even more willing goddesses.

As for the French Southern and Antarctic Lands and Heard Island and McDonald Islands, they got:

• Integrated ecosystems mixed with the cities' designs

• Large residential areas where people can get away from all the action and simply live on the island, with even the smallest houses being three-bedroom homes, mostly located on the Heard Island and McDonald Islands, which have a calmer setting and where stuff like schools or playgrounds are located.
• The islands have been expanded for more things
• A phenomenal sewer and waste-disposal system that leaves zero emissions of odours
• Underwater and underground warehouses filled with literally everything, from food to gadgets to shit like sandstone bath salts, so that people can get whatever they want quickly, and so shipping isn't a problem for the consumer, and in case of the island getting isolated.
• Hidden defence systems that could take out spaceship fleets or any incoming attacks
• Anti-natural disaster systems, like deep underground structures, to prevent earthquakes from being felt above. Or special underwater pillars that go for miles and can disrupt a tsunami's power, falling short of the flood walls.
• Comfortable furniture and social atmospheres that let people relax
• Museums
• Petting zoos
• A colosseum
• A football stadium
• Floating city districts
• Blimp rides
• The best astrology facilities on the planet, which include the best telescope
• Outdoor shows of wealth, like T-rex skeletons for city squares

• A railway where people can request a ride and a seat literally picks you up onto it, at which point it will drop you off at your destination.
• Constant events are going on all over the cities, from cosplay centres to community events like medieval or cardboard kingdoms to the unveiling of creations from stuff like games, such as a Gundam people can take turns riding to move the legs and arms in its place.

• Using the weather machine in the Iles Crozet, people can request what weather they want and where. If someone wants downtown Rollercoaster Village to be snowing, the park residents want a nice soft rain, or zoo inhabitants want a hot summer, all of these can be done and more.
• There's a giant hand people can put a glove on to control, allowing them to smash up mounds of dirt of scrapyards.
• An airport with planes and jets that left no noise in the air and could cloak
• Convicts transformed and brainwashed to believe and look like the people they cosplay as, existing as a female version if that's their default, and/or a futa version if the genderbent version was gonna be a male. Each of these people completely believes they are the ones they cosplay and have had their forms altered to look like them, instead of wearing a costume or whatever. Additionally, each person is thoroughly willing to engage in sex, being trained to sense what a person wants, whether that's a dominant and active seductress or a slightly unwilling and shy sex ****.

With all this stuff and more, it was easy for Travis to direct the bigger islands and hasten the construction of upgrades. Instead of 30 years, the two main islands were completed in five, making a total of 8 years Travis had to wait. However, once he was done waiting, Travis was able to pick beauties from across the world, setting up his own little kingdom of women he could pervert or transform. Travis even had one of his phone's rays copied, but only a translation one, so when arriving denizens went through the decontamination chamber, they wouldn't realise they were hit with a ray that made them understand English as if they knew that language all along. There were also rays that made it so people didn't have dangerous impulses or didn't notice or realise how fucked up things were (Unless it was something on the level of **** or maiming), but Travis was immune to any rays he didn't cast himself, thanks to his phone's defence features and other rays he blasted on himself as safety measures.

When they finally got into the actual islands, people would marvel at the skyscrapers and futuristic design of everything, as well as construction projects that clearly must have cost a fortune, like an underwater train tunnel from French Southern and Antarctic Lands to Heard Island and McDonald Islands. Many people loved their time there and wished they could stay, something that Travis made very easy for them by offering free citizenship and housing. For those who didn't want to stay, Travis mind-controlled them to want to stay, letting them suggest their own alterations, giving his paradise a fresh sense of diverse cultures as designs changed and artistic pieces were made.

As for the massive departure of beauties from the world, Travis either let them continue their social media careers or YouTube careers by using a VPN pinging them to a dummy island across the world, or he simply used jealous assholes who would do anything to be one of these beauties, leaving Travis's agents to use a ray that transformed them into their desired person, memories and all, their original stain removed from the world. Travis even altered the women on the island so that, while brainwashed, they gained a psychic connection to their body double, living out both lives.

Lastly, as for any males coming to the island as a sort of package deal with the hot women who brought over their families or tribes, they were genderbent into sexy maidens at will, creating lesbian families Travis will soon enjoy.

As an added note, those coming to the island could either come on a super luxurious cruise or take one of the special planes.
