Travel with you

You thought about May's question. "I guess... Travel with me? Help out with stuff when you can? Pokemon are great," you patted Ace's head, "but it would be nice to have some company I can have a real conversation with."

May giggled. "You didn't actually think this through at all, did you?"

"... Not really, no." You scratched the back of your head. May had a nice giggle, but you would have preferred if it wasn't at your expense.

"Alright, you've convinced me." May said. "I might change my mind later, but I can't see the harm in it for now."

You smiled. "Thank you."
