What happens when Juliet and Rachel wake up?

Trapped

Juliet and Rachel woke up to find they had been strapped into high chairs, and each was wearing a bulky diaper and tight pink shirts. They had pacifiers in their mouths and the pacifiers were strapped on. Their wrists were tied to the arms of the chairs. They struggled, but could not get free. They looked around and saw they were in some sort of nursery, but one with cribs, a changing table, and of course the high chairs big enough for adults. There were cartoon clowns on the wall and stuffed animals lined up on a dresser.

Marie walked in carrying a tray with two baby bottles and two jars of baby food and two silver spoons.

"Aw, my widdel girls are awake."

Rachel and Juliet and struggled more.

"Now, now, don't be naughty."
