The girls head over to Goma's first. It seems rather hastily put together, the structure itself is fine, but the inside is another story. A simple wooden desk, made by unskilled hands sits haphazardly in the center of the floor with a random assortment of alchemical equipment placed on it. Lopsided shelves adorn the walls behind the desk with ingredients in bags placed on them, there is also a small chest in the corner which appears to be filled with spare beakers, bottles and other such things. Despite this Goma seems thrilled upon seeing it, "Goma store look great!" she squeals happily and runs over to check the ingredients. As she's going through them Yulia and Cherchiel merely watch and look around the store.

"She seems excited..." Yulia whispers to Cherchiel and Cherchiel nods.

"Indeed. Well I'm glad she's easy to please. Cause honestly I'd be scared I'd get a splinter from everything in here," Cherchiel whispers back.

"Yoo Lee Ah! Goma have ingredients! Can make thing! 1 explodey ball or 4 healy juice or 4 mind healy juice or 1 strong time juice or 2 plague juice or 3 plague healing juice or 2 fun time gas balls, also Goma never try make firey explodey ball, but Goma will try for Yoo Lee Ah!" Goma says excitedly as she finishes looking through the ingredients.

"That's great!" Yulia says cheerfully, surprised and happy that it appears there are enough ingredients here to make something, "right now though we'll continue to check on the blacksmith and then the museum and we'll figure out what to make afterwards," Yulia states and Goma nods and rushes over to them as they leave and head for Martin's Forge.

Inside they find it's similarly ramshackle inside, but The Blacksmith, presumably Martin, is already here and working to tidy the place up, he glances up to see them and smiles, gesturing to a pile of metal scrap in the corner, his eyes bright, "METAL!!!" he yells ecstatically and Yulia laughs.

"Glad you're so happy," she says and he nods.

"There's about 6 ingots worth of metal here, if you need a reminder that's 1 ingot for a simple weapon, 2 for a reinforced weapon, 3 for a special weapon, 4 to reinforce your outfit, 6 for chainmail and 8 for full plate, but of course we don't have enough for full plate right now. Also if you have a custom job, ask about it and I can probably estimate how much it would take for me to make it," he explains.

"Alright, we'll be back soon, we have something else to check on and when we come back we'll hopefully know what we want," Yulia says and Martin nods.

"Take your time," he says as the girls leave and head to the Museum.

The museum is a large, fancy building made seemingly out of onyx, the black mineral giving the place a somewhat ominous, but also quite pretty vibe. Entering the Museum the inside is dark, but the atmosphere seems more comfortable and almost meditative. A Drow male approaches, he's wearing a simple white robe and has short white hair, his eyes hidden behind a pair of tinted half rim glasses, "welcome to the Museum of Deep History, chosen, I am Pelas, chief historian of the Drow. If you would like a tour of the museum, I would be happy to give you one, the museum is split into four sections, History of the Drow, History of The Caves, The Tower Theology and lastly Deep Ecology, the last one is not my specialty, but my assistant Reia will be happy to help you should you be interested in that one," Pelas explains.

"Thank you, I think we'll start with The Drow History and go in order?" Yulia suggests and Pelas nods and begins to lead them forward. They pass through the entrance area of the museum and soon reach an area that is more lit up, or at least the lights being used to show off various displays give the area a less dim look than the rest of the museum they had visited so far.

The first image shows the elves and the forest, but there are both male and female elves and Pelas begins to speak.

"Originally we Drow were part of the elves above, back then the elves were a multi-gender species, but patriarchal in their ways," he explains and then moves them on to another display this one showing a female figure draped in black appearing to the elves.

"One day a figure came among them. She claimed to be a friend and requested to stay with them for a time, in return she offered gifts, but the elven leaders turned her away because she was an outsider and a woman," he explains and then the next display reveals a beautiful elf woman speaking with a snake, "so, turned away and angry she turned to deceit. She was a powerful magical being and turned herself into a snake. She went to the wife of the elder and began to speak with her, turning her against her husband and all the men. Coaching her to turn the other women against the males as well," the next display is of male and female elves fighting each other in a large battle,

"Soon, she inspired a civil war between the male and female elves. During this war the stranger revealed herself to be a being of The Tower Below named Liloth, Mother of Webs. With her help the war was almost won," Pelas explains, his voice starting to take on a tone of reverent enthusiasm, clearly quite enjoying recounting the history. The next display reveals Liloth back in the form of the woman in black leading the female elves into the deep,

"The Elder's wife named Cora, leader of the women decided against winning the war. Instead she spoke with Liloth about fleeing instead. She had no desire to subjugate the men, she simply wanted freedom. Liloth wanted vengeance, but eventually she agreed and brought the women to the deep instead where they under the rule of Liloth and Cora formed the Drow society," he recounts and then the next display reveals a bunch of male demons copulating in graphic detail with the female elves who were now depicted with the dark skin of the Drow,

"Cora and the other women were... disappointed however as they missed the touch of men and so Liloth made a deal with Cora to help them, unfortunately her solution was to summon demons, incubi specifically to pleasure the drow, this led to births, many of which were perfectly normal Drow children and soon led to the Drow race being multi-gender once again, but some of the children were... Unnatural. The first of these was Malifax, Mother of The Eight, the first Drider. Initially these mutant Drow were feared and shunned, The Driders being **** out of the burgeoning Drow society," he recounts and then the next display is a battle between the Drow and The Driders, it's obvious as depicted the Drow were losing. The Driders are fewer in number, but each Drider in the display is easily fighting against tens of Drow at a time,

"The Drider resenting their exile, returned in **** and fought with the Drow, easily defeating them. The Drow surrendered and The Drider Malifax, The Drow Cora and Liloth all met to speak. At the time both the Drow and the Driders worshiped Liloth as a goddess, the Drow as their liberator, The Driders as their creator and so, through her they found peace and have coexisted to this day, however... Liloth herself was soon to break that peace," he says and there's legitimate grief in his voice as he moves to the next display. This one depicts Liloth standing over the Drow and Drider's her hands spread with strings falling from her fingers, the image clearly intent on depicting Liloth as a puppeteer controlling the Drow and Drider's.

"No one knows why Liloth did it... Perhaps something the Drow or Drider's had done had angered her, perhaps she was merely bored and gave in to her chaotic nature or perhaps it had been her plan all along, whatever the reason, she began to plant seeds of strife among the Drow and Drider's not against each other like before, but against themselves. She did it in secret and through subtlety, slowly turning people against themselves and each other, until the entirety of society began to break down and we had a war again, not split among gender lines or racial lines this time, but just everyone against everyone, pure chaos. Many died. Malifax and Cora both tried to stop it and appealed to Liloth for help, but Liloth refused to help end the fighting. In the end Cora and Malifax did manage to end the fighting, but only by joining the fighting. The two fought to end the fighting and died doing it. Their ****'s brought others to their senses however and the fighting did end, as well, it became clear once sanity had returned that Liloth had done it and so the people turned on her, she fled and presumably returned to the Tower Below and The Drow and Driders cast off their ties to The Tower Below, disgusted by Liloth's betrayal which brings us to the current age where The Drow and Drider are working together in peace, even working with the other dwellers in the Deep and though we all hate Liloth for her betrayal, we do still honor her for liberating us and creating the Drider as we honor Cora and Malifax for their leadership and sacrifice," he finishes and then smiles, "Perhaps a small break before we move on?" he suggests.

Yulia nods, "yes, that was... more than I was expecting. We'll probably be back for more in a bit," she says and her Cherchiel and Goma leave, moving back out into the relatively brighter outside of the cave.

"That was a pretty depressing history, huh?" Cherchiel states.

"Certainly seemed like a lot of fighting and hardship," Yulia agrees.
