Chapter 25 by vgadict vgadict

Stay on this level?

Tour the engineering level

For a moment you considered exiting on this level, but decided you'd seen enough Cunis for the moment. They seemed so **** for your cock that it would probably be easy to find one anytime you needed to cum, and right now you didn't. With a careful wave of your hand, the door closed and the elevator began to move again. This time it opened to a new floor.

MPAD-24 announced, "This it the fifth level which is the Engineering level. It provides access to the ship's primary systems for power, environmental control, communication and navigation."

You had finally managed to make the correct gesture motion, though you'd need a lot more practice to fully get the hang of it. From the elevator, you could see that the engineering level was mostly open and it seemed to be filled by several large devices scattered through the circular chamber. As you left the elevator, you also saw several Greys standing near various equipment in the room.

Over the next ninety minutes, you were treated to a comprehensive tour of the entire engineering level. However, even with MPAD-24 explaining various items, much of it didn't make one lick of sense to you. There were multiple pieces for the power systems, but their interaction and functions seemed like gibberish even with the universal translation implant. Similarly, the communication and navigation systems were baffling, though it was obvious that the two were tightly interconnected and somehow based on susbspace technology. Even more confusing was how all of it was somehow tied to the propulsion system which seemed to be contained in a single small device in the middle of the chamber. If that was the Starpoint's engine, you had no clue how it could even operate within the confines of this room, or how something so small could hope to move a ship this large. The only system that did make sense was for the environmental control. Compared to the advanced technology in the other systems, it seemed somewhat mundane, though still vastly more advanced than anything used on Earth. The controls for temperature, air, lighting and artificial gravity appeared somewhat intuitive. Before leaving you announced tomorrow's ceremony to all the Greys in engineering.
