Too shocked to react

As Mr. Minchest walks away, you see Penelope’s eyes beg to you to do something. However, you are just completely shocked. I mean, just this morning you were excited to get out of Calculus class for the day, and now here you are, seeing your best friend naked and restrained about to have the unthinkable done to her. Frozen in awe, you can barely process what’s going on. Before long, Mr. Minchest has returned.

“Now Jack, did anyone cause trouble? Try to set her free?” Mr. Minchest instantly asks.

“No sir.” Jack diligently replies.

“Very good. That’s rather aberrant, but more than welcome. Typically a vigilante or two will emerge when I leave to try to free their friend. It is absolutely illegal to free the cows here. This is even true while the cow in question was only temporary."

“Eh-o-a-we??” Penelope asks feebly.

“Yes, temporary. This was just a demonstration about how deal with our human cattle. Shall I let you go?"

Penelope looks a little confused and reticent, but finally, yet slowly, nods that she would like to be let out. What Penelope is struggling the most with is the heat building in her privates from this experience.

"I thought so, but you never know." Mr. Minchest smiles. "Let me give you a small souvenir", and he adds a little choker band with a tiny cow bell around her neck before freeing her from the stockade and removing her gag. Stark naked, and with erect nipples, she rejoins the class.

Mr. Minchest explains, in a normal tone, just doing the tour, "So you have seen how we treat our cows. Thanks Penelope for demonstrating. The obvious question people ask is how do we get our cows. Of course, volunteering is available, but also, if a woman breaks the law, and is caught by a man, this man can then claim ownership of her. This law does not always relate to the farm, as many convicted women are sent here for atonement. If the woman did commit a crime on the farm, the man is allowed to restrain her for three hours during which time he can do basically anything he wants to her. Consent becomes meaningless. Then he has to claim her or let her go."

"How does it work with claiming a girl?" Phillip asks.

"Glad, that you asked!" Mr. Minchest explains: "Once the man has captured the woman, he can now do two things: he can just let her go, or he could claim her. A professional farmer uses a branding iron or a tatoo stamp to put his mark on, but as amateurs don’t have a dedicated mark, they would use the traditional method, where a cow is claimed by fucking her bareback and putting his sperm into her."

Phillip asks, "but won't the man be punished for that, once they are back out of this complex?" Ms. Wilkins says, "Very good question, Phillip, however, this is not the case. The laws here are different, but they are still accepted laws by other jurisdictions, so you cannot be punished by doing what is legal here.

“Come, let us continue the tour!” Mr. Minchest exclaims as Penelope slips on a borrowed jacket.
