Tommy

Tommy is a brother to one of the girls in the college, and has tendencies towards perverted behavior. Such behavior includes but is not limited to: spying on girls while they are changing or in the shower, stealing their clothes, or lifting their shirts or bikinis for a quick flash. He goes to a different college than his sister and all of the girls she knows, so nobody (not even his sister) knows he is a pervert.

Though he could be pretty successful with the ladies based on looks, he is pretty self conscious of his small penis. His perverted "pranks" are a coping mechanism for this insecurity, as he tries to make girls feel as embarrassed as he does about his own insecurities.
