Chapter 14 by lady-lux lady-lux

Where are they going?

To their hideout

(Pacing Move: [2] Reveal a New Detail)

Lux finds herself being dragged along by the bandits as they return to their hideout. Being paraded along like this, naked and collared, and with the vile taste of the bandit leader’s seed still in her mouth…this all feels like a bad dream. She stumbles barefoot across the grassy ground as the bandits **** her to move at their own brisk pace.

Halfway numb with shock at what’s happened to her, she dimly wonders where these bandits could have found this wretched device they’ve put around her neck. Never since her magical abilities started to awaken has she experienced something like this. Could it have something to do with how the bandits have kept their hideout so well hidden…?

(Detail Focus: What is the hideout like? | [QD] Exotic (technical) )

The journey continues uphill, the air getting colder on Lux’s naked skin. Her shoulders ache, both from having her wrists bound behind her back, and from the unfortunately more familiar discomfort of her heavy breasts bouncing and swaying without support for so long. Still there is no sign of a camp, no smoke from a distant fire, and she wonders how much further they’ll have to go. But as the men slow their pace, she realises that their destination is closer at hand.

They come to what looks, at first, like a sheer rock face. The bandit leader takes a strange device from his belt and points it at the rock. To Lux’s disbelief, with a loud grinding sound, part of the cliff shifts and slides away – a hidden doorway into the mountainside.

The bandits push her through the doorway. In the sudden gloom, Lux can barely see at first; blinking away tears and after-images, she realises that they are now making their way down a sloping tunnel, with smooth and regular flagstones under her bare feet. In a few places, she can see what looks like machinery – large metal cogwheels and pistons protruding from the stone walls – but none of them are in motion. The air smells of dust and oil.

Lux’s head is swimming as she’s brought through a series of tunnels and rooms, many of them filled with more strange machinery. No wonder the militia couldn’t find the bandits’ hideout if it was hidden down here. How would anyone suspect such a place could even exist?

Where is Lux taken to?
