To the mall

Jessica had to admit to herself that she did fall into certain female stereotypes. One of those was that she did love shopping. "Retail Therapy" had always been one of her vices, and there were few things that calmed her nerves more than browsing some of her favorite stores - even if she didn't end up buying anything, and between her problems with John and the big meeting with Ben later she decided to indulge herself.

It wasn't long before she ended up at the mall passing a quiet morning riding escalators, sniffing perfume, dogging running children, and admiring shoes. Jessica did have one planned out task to do. She needed to replace the lingerie she had bought for last night. It was tainted with bad memories now. That was why she soon found herself at Victoria's Secret considering her options.

Nothing made Jessica more confident that a really sex pair of underwear, and she needed to feel extra confident today. She was just admiring a nice black number when a familiar man's voice spoke just behind her.

"Jessica? Is that you?"

She spun around the see an even more familiar face. Is that Brian! "Oh my god! Brian!" Acting totally on impulse Jessica stepped forward and threw her arms around the neck of her ex-boyfriend Brian Hayfield. She felt his hands on her her back and breathed in deeply; a flood of memories rushing back to her. It lasted barely a moment before She came back to her senses. _What the fuck am I doing! _She broke away blushing furiously.

"Sorry! You just startled me is all."

"It's ok. Good to see you too." Said Brian, chuckling nervously. "I missed you too."

"So what are you doing here? You don't shop at Victoria's, do you?" Said Jessica with a little laugh.

Brian chuckled. "No, I don't. At least, not for myself. I'm actually here looking for a present for my girlfriend. It's our anniversary coming up."

"Really! That's amazing." Jessica felt a slight twinge of disappoint at the news that Brian had a girlfriend, and decided not to mention that she and her fiancé just had their anniversary last night. Why do I care?

"Thanks. It's our first one, so I wanted to get her something special. She is really into fashion, but I honestly don't know much about cloths. My plan was just to pick something that looked sexy. Would you mind helping me out?"
