Frank decided to take his chances jogging on the treadmill in the 24/7 gym, hoping there wouldn't be any guys there -- which was doubtful considering he had noticed that most of the resort's guests were older, out of shape men -- so early in the morning and the young women working there would take advantage of the situation.

The resort's cutting-edge gym was large and equipped with the latest state-of-the-art treadmills, elliptical machines, stationary bikes, weight machines, free weights, and floor space for aerobic exercise.
