To the exit!

You know what? Nah, you ain’t risking it. Whether it was the fact that this Arch-Imago is a lot stronger than you are, your inexperience in combat, your lack of knowledge, or the fact that you sense that someone is watching YOU, or possibly a combination of all the factors, you decided it wasn’t worth to poke around this beehive.

While those two were conversing, you realized that:

1: Orfus, the raven, can talk for some reason. Does it mean that other animals can talk to? That’s a question for another day.

2: Orfus is headed to a “camp”, meaning that there must be other people in here than these two, who would no doubt not be welcoming to a dark-aligned creature like you.

3: It was just a slight feeling, but you do sense something watching you; or at least aware of your presence. You don't know exactly who, but you get the feeling that it must be related to this creepy cave you’re in.

With those in mind, you begin to follow the Raven like what you had originally planned. He’d flown a good distance away but you still hear the flapping of his wings, must be because of your new body. You swiftly crawled towards the raven using your tentacles as arms. You must’ve caused quite a lot of sound, since he turned around and faced you.

“Hm?! Ah. It’s just a lowly bioferric that had roamed nearby.” Suddenly, electric bolts appeared in the air. You can sort of guess that it’s a projectile, not only that but you can also guess that it won’t end up good if you got hit by one. As your brain racked for an answer, you suddenly remembered ‘Touch of ****’ spell in your arsenal. You focused your hand (or tentacles), and aimed directly at the body of the raven.

He deftly dodged to the side. You missed your attack, and the electric bolts started blasting towards you. You avoided 2 of the bolts, but the last one had managed to hit one of your tentacles, weirdly you don’t feel much pain, is this because of your body again? In this life-or-**** situation, your mechanical mind went on full over-drive thinking of a way to defeat, or incapacitate such opponent.

You have four options:

1: Either you go fight like what you are doing now. There is a low probability of survival, since you had already been damaged and you don’t know how many hits you can take. Besides, the fact that he can dodge your tentacle grabs easily means that you won’t be able to use your ability leaving you no way of actually damaging this guy.

2: Run past the raven/Go back deeper into the cave. Extremely low chance of success, you’re probably gonna get pincered by either Castrina or her crew if you went either way.

3: You aren’t too sure if this will work, but with your Shapeshift ability, you can go back to your original size and the range of your tentacles. Unlike option one, you will basically lose all of your chance of dodging since you will have no place to dodge in this small cave. However, that also goes the same for the raven since you’d be able to use your ‘Touch of ****’ ability with more accuracy.

4: Speak to him. This is most likely not a good idea since you don't know if you can actually speak, and even if he understood the chances he'll just let you go scot-free is REALLY, REALLY BAD. You could try, of course, just don't say I didn't warn you!
