To the base

Futaba led Hifumi to the train station and back to Kawakami's house. No one really glanced their way, as Futaba and Hifumi were just another two people in the crowd that was usually on the Tokyo subway, even at this time of night.

Eventually, they reached the house.

"Okay!" said Futaba. "Your Highness, here's the hotel I booked for us during your stay."

"Oh, um, i-it doesn't look like any hotel I've...seen..." said Hifumi, glancing back and forth from the ground to the house.

"Of course it's not!" Futaba said. "I had to make sure your location was kept a secret from ne'er do-wells."

Hifumi gave a soft smile. "T-thank you for looking out for me, Futaba."

"Of course," said Futaba. "Now, there are other women in the house, but don't worry. They're your staff too."

"Okay," said Hifumi.
