To talk

“Lukas we need to have a talk.” She said with a stern face.

She guided him back into the classroom, closing the door behind them, they both sat down at her desk and she began talking. He had began to worry as she sat there silent for a few seconds.

“Sorry I have been trying to think of a way to say this.” She took a deep breath, her eyes met his and she spoke, her voice calm and serious, like she was speaking about something life threatening. “I have to acknowledge that I can’t control your actions especially out of school hours and property. But I must tell you that certain explicit activities are prohibited in school hours and school grounds.”

It took him a while to process what she was talking about and it made him realize. He remembered him and Julia fucking in the library, and now he realized that she had seen them.

Lukas looked away from her, embarrassed, his cheeks turned red.

She continued, trying to comfort him.

"Don't be ashamed of having sex. You're a healthy teenage boy and I understand it's perfectly normal, just do it outside of school okay?"

“Are we in trouble?” He asked, ignoring her comment.

She sighed, he looked back at her.

"You and Julia are off the hook, don't worry. If this got out it would be very damaging for a girl and I don’t want either of you to risk expulsion or suspension in your final year.”

They both stared at each other, Lukas felt nervous, his palms were sweating. He couldn't tell what she was thinking. She looked concerned.

Miss Hills spoke again, breaking the silence.

"I'll keep this between us. You can leave now Lukas."

He nodded, he grabbed his bag and left the classroom.

He wondered out of school grounds, thinking of Miss Hills watching him and Julia fuck. It was awkward but it didn't bother him.

He kept asking himself, when did she spot us? Did anyone else see us? Why didn’t she interrupt us and scold us? Why is she so nice about it?

He knew he would never get answers to these questions.
