A Revolutionary Approach to Criminal Justice: Harnessing Feminine Energy for Societal Reformation

By: Candidate Amelia Stone

**The Science of Corrective Energy**

The foundational premise of my policy is something I developed from watching TikToks. I then did my own research and developed though-out theories on this matter. It is rooted in the belief that women possess a unique "corrective energy" that can be transferred through oral contact on certain parts of the body. This energy, which I call the "praxis energy," has transformative powers, particularly potent in addressing the deviant proclivities of certain male offenders, creating a deterrent effect against potential transgressors.

My research has identified a specific type of masculine energy, which I term "aetheric energy," as being particularly susceptible to the corrective influence of the praxis energy. Negative aetheric manifests in individuals with a proclivity towards aggression, impulsivity, and a disregard for societal norms. It is often characterized by an overabundance of heat and a deficiency of grounding energy, leading to imbalances in their emotional and behavioral patterns. Through a complex process of energetic resonance and transference, a woman’s praxis energy, which is characterized by its cooling and stabilizing properties, can directly counteract the negative aetheric, bringing it back into a state of equilibrium. The mouth, being a primary conduit for both the expression and reception of energy, serves as the ideal point of contact for this transformative exchange.

My theory is grounded in the syllogism that the exchange of this energy through the female mouth and saliva can sort of "rebalance" the masculine aetheric energy, thereby purging the individual of negative impulses and restoring him to a state of moral equilibrium.

Therefore, my contention is that punishment, in the traditional sense of the word, does not serve to reform certain individuals. Instead, the proposed method of punishment, involving the transfer of corrective energy through the female mouth, can lead to the desired reformation.

**A Graduated System of Corrective Justice**

The implementation of this policy would require a corp of women, trained in the correct usage and transfer of this energy. These women, or 'Praxites,' would serve as the vanguard of this societal reform. It's been shown that attractive women are better qualified to be Praxites.

The actual conduct of these punishments would be directly proportional to the severity of the offense. For instance, minor offenses could be rectified through kissing or licking, while more grievous offenses would necessitate more hardcore forms of guidance, for higher transfer bandwidth. Hardcore forms of punishment requires the tip of the penis to reach as deep inside the esophagus (or even the trachea) as possible, and lots of saliva to be produced by the woman.

Let it be known that the goal of this energy transfer is not meant to pleasure the involved parties. The act is undertaken for the greater good of society and for the offender.

Furthermore, offenders have reported experiencing a sense of contrition and penitence following these punishments. This is not surprising as they are, after all, a result of the transfer of the praxis energy.

An important point to note is that the efficacy of this method is not at all contingent on the sexual orientation of the offender. Regardless of his predilections, the transfer of the praxis energy can lead to his reformation.

In the interests of complete transparency, there are, of course, potential limitations to this policy. Not every woman might be capable of being a Praxite. It would require some sort of selection and training process. For example, women who are offenders themselves may not be eligible to be a Praxite at the time of their offense.

Moreover, this policy works best if it is executed consensually on the part of the women involved. **** or duress would invariably taint the process and weaken the transfer of the corrective energy by up to 50%, meaning the transfer process would have to take longer, meaning Praxite women would have spend more time orally guiding the offender.

I must also address the criticism that this policy aims to solve all crimes with oral "intimacy". While there is some merit in this concern, I must clarify that many crimes do stem from an imbalance in the individual's energy.

Furthermore, I believe that there are more than enough women who would be willing to serve as Praxites. The desire for a peaceful and harmonious society is a universal one and I am confident that many will step up to play their part, even if their primary jobs are not to be dedicated Praxites. Shop owners, bookstore workers, librarians, desk clerks, secretaries and more can go through Praxite training and receive certification.

The argument has been made that the victims of certain offenses might feel a sense of injustice if "oral punishments" were meted out. While I can see their point, I believe they would understand the utility of such punishments if they were made aware of the mechanism behind it. To mitigate their concerns, Praxites can be trained to educate victims on the effectiveness of oral punishment, and perhaps even take part themselves in the oral rehabilitation so they can experience it firsthand.

I envision this policy as an integral part of the justice system, operating in tandem with existing methods of punishment, for cases where it isn't the negative aetheric energy that's causing the offense.

In the grander scheme, the large-scale implementation of this policy would serve as a deterrent against unbecoming behavior and would be instrumental in nurturing a society with a more harmonious male energy.

**Case Studies and Testimonials**

To substantiate my theory, I have conducted numerous case studies on the effects of this method of punishment. The testimonies of the offenders and the Praxites are illuminating in this regard.

These testimonies serve to corroborate the transformative power of the praxis energy. The offenders report a sense of "feeling good" following these punishments, while TikTok Praxites report feeling a sense of accomplishment. It is important to note that in the vast majority of cases, the offender stops doing the crime when oral correction is administered. This shows the effectiveness of this corrective method.

**Addressing Concerns and Misconceptions**

The potential objection could be raised that this method of punishment might be too lenient, or that it might be enjoyed by the offender.

While I concede that this is a possibility, it is the belief of the energy transfer that forms the core of this punishment and not the act itself. The offender is made to truly understand the consequences of his actions and the necessity of the energy transfer for his reformation, even if he seems to enjoy being punished. Therefore, there actually is no better form of punishment against the negative aetheric than this.

The effectiveness of this policy in reducing crime rates is another matter of conjecture. It is my contention that it would be a marked improvement over the existing methods.

The most important factor would be the public acceptance and understanding of this policy. A massive educative campaign would have to be launched to inform the public of the benefits of such a policy. When the country is completely on board with this method of rehabilitation, the barriers to progress will be shattered.

**Conclusion**

It is my firm belief that this policy, while unconventional, has the potential to revolutionize the way we perceive crime and punishment. It has the potential to make our society a safer and more harmonious place.

I invite skeptics and critics to engage with my ideas and to offer counter-arguments. I believe that it is through such discourse that we can move towards a more perfect society.

It is important to note that while specialized training may enhance the effectiveness of this corrective justice, the fundamental capacity to transmit this restorative energy is inherent within all women. Any woman, regardless of her background or experience, possesses the potential to contribute to the reformation of men through her mouth and saliva.

This program, therefore, empowers all women to participate in making our communities safe, fostering a sense of shared responsibility and collective action in addressing the root causes of criminal behavior.

In conclusion, the implementation of this policy would be a massive undertaking. However, I believe in the potential of this policy and in the willingness of my fellow citizens to engage in this collective endeavor for the betterment of our society.
