Titty Tuesday!

To show their support for the new FUI, all the girls in the school are expected to come to school with their tits fully exposed!

How they do it is up to them. They could let them hang out the top of their shirt, cut out holes for them, or just go completely topless if they're brave enough. Students are encouraged to get creative with it.

The only rule is that the nipples should be fully exposed and the breasts should be able to move freely. The FUI can enforce this rule at his own discretion, inspecting them however he feels necessary.
