So, there was a request to have a more complete description of the transformations in Tina's shop. Here is me providing it. First, the original transformations can be found here:

If you peruse the options listed there, you will notice not every transformation is not on the list. There are one of two reasons for that. One, I felt that the transformation in question conflicted with one that has already been applied. Two, nobody voted for it. If you want to make an argument for a transformation that is currently not on the list, ask using the in-site messaging system.

General Transformations:

First, here is the list of general transformations that have been listed. This is not an exclusive list. I will add to it as either contestants request them or people want me to:

Tegan

• Guardian of the Golden Dildo – Hawkeye is a reformed thief with a heart of gold (more or less) and griffons guard gold in far off places, so let’s play with that. Somewhere in the hotel, a golden dildo will appear. Whoever uses it on themselves will win Tegan’s heart. The dildo will change locations every dawn. How long can Tegan stand watch (Obsessed Tsundere)? - 240 BP
• Olympian Amazonian (Modified) – So, the audience didn’t like the historically accurate amazon and you got a BE feature, either negating the uneven breasts or giving you one super huge one? We’ll give the audience what they wanted instead. Tegan gains 6 inches of height and +1 Endurance. She also gains the perfect musculature for her sport: strong arms, strong and broad shoulders, strong back, long and strong legs. (Olympian). - PURCHASED
• Breast Deflation – Those giant tits make Tegan sad; let’s give her a way to make her feel better. Tegan can now make a Persuasion skill check to suppress any breast expansion transformation another harem member has (including members of other harems, Mistresses excluded). Upon a successful check, this suppression occurs, lasting 24 hours. She can only target a particular harem member once per round (or fortnight for graduated harem members). For every successful suppression, Tegan gains one tenth of a cup size so long as the suppression is active. That will help, right (The Other BE)? - 480 BP

Kevin

• Silk and Spiders – Caoimhe is more than a little Underdark in her sexual tastes, but she doesn’t exactly have the skills to go with it. Let’s fix that. Caoimhe gains +1 Dexterity and proficiency in Sleight of Hand. Whenever a boi needs to be tied up, Caoimhe will find a spidersilk rope of sufficient length nearby. Of course, her knots will combine pleasure and pain for the tussed up victim (Drow). - 173 BP
• Liquid Stitches – Kevin wants to be a doctor, let’s help him be able to do so in an emergency. Both Kevin and Caoimhe gains +1 Wisdom and proficiency in Medicine checks. Kevin’s milk can be used as an antiseptic and his cum can be used to seal wounds shut like stitches upon a successful Medicine check (Med Student). - 260 BP
• Give ‘em the Horns! – 3 + strength modifier damage for his horns is not a lot, is it? Now, when Kevin makes a Goring Rush action on his turn, his horns attack is multiplied by his tier level on a critical hit, in addition to it’s other effects (Hu-Cow). - 520 BP
• Shoulda Been a Cowboy! – Shoulda learned to rope and ride! Let’s get Kevin some skills to be a better cowboy (literally). Kevin gains the following proficiencies: Animal Handling (Expertise on Riding Horses), Athletics, and Intimidation. He will find that bois riding him is much more pleasurable (Paladin). - 520 BP

Gaia

• Rapid Return to Nature – Gaia acts like humanity is only a blight? Well, perhaps she should see how her life would change without the benefits humanity offers. Non-magical items of artificial materials rapidly decompose when she attempts to use them. Only 100% organic natural materials will survive her handling it (Environmentalist). - 136 BP
• A Different Kind of Burning – Gaia has a real hate for humanity. Let’s redirect it. Feelings of rage, manic glee (from destruction), and hate are rapidly converted to arousal. The more she burns things around her, the more her loins will burn. Only the cooling touch of her Mistress will relieve Gaia’s inner flames of arousal (Terrorist). - 136 BP
• The Great Stat Unification – Gaia’s statistics change based on the archetype of animal she shifts into. This is a giant pain for everyone involved, so let’s fix that. Now, Gaia’s stats will be consistent, getting the highest modifier for each stat from her four archetypes (Shifter). - PURCHASED
• Conversationalist – Gaia has started to consider not burning the world down, instead building up nature. Let’s give her the tools to do that. Gaia gains the following proficiencies: Herbalism Kit, History, Medicine, and Poisoner’s Kit. In addition, she can use her Herbalism kit to safely extract aphrodisiacs from appropriate plants with successful skill checks. You know, for fun (Druid). - 240 BP

Tessa

• ASMR – Mona is a girl that responds to the tingles, so she should have someone that can pull them off. Tessa can only speak in the tone of a husky whisper. She can still project up to a shout with this tone. Tessa’s voice can arouse; the closer she gets to the proper ASMR volume, the more arousing her voice will be (English Teacher). - 320 BP
• Agency Acquisition – Tessa does not need the money to find her brother anymore, but she already has a following. No need to shut down the Insta-Thot account. Tessa gets herself an agent to manage the day-to-day of her account (Prudence, who already serves as a talent agent for Tina, Titan of Trickery and Wulf Den Life). Tessa gets 5 BP for every sponsored post she creates (E-Thot). - 213 BP
• A Lesser Prodigy – Sea elves are traditionally the least magically inclined species of elves. So, Tessa is a rarity. Let’s give her some flavorful spells to celebrate. Tessa now knows the Shape Water cantrip. When she reaches 3rd level, she learns the spell Create or Destroy Water. When she reaches 5th level, she learns the spell Tidal Wave. She can cast these spells once per long rest for free (Sea Elf). - 220 BP
• Oral Orator – Tessa is not the traditional bard, more interesting in reciting poetry than playing songs and slaying pussy. Let’s boost her bardic skills. Tessa gains the following proficiencies: Calligrapher’s Supplies, Disguise Kit, History, and Persuasion. In addition, she will find herself much more skilled providing oral sex (Bard). - 220 BP

Andromeda

• A Magical Evening – The theme of Mona’s senior prom was “A Midsummer’s Night Dream.” Having your prom date only a foot or so tall is super inconvenient. Andromeda can innately control her size at will from dusk to midnight. Of course, her clothes won’t change size with her (Prom Date). - 128 BP
• Talk to Me Nerdy – Andromeda keeps digging for information. Let’s help her do better at it. Andromeda gains the following proficiencies: Calligrapher’s Supplies, History, Nature, and Religion. In addition, she now finds sharing trivia as an erotic act (Wizard). - 200 BP
• Storm Crow! – Everyone knows that the most powerful card in Leylines is the legendary Storm Crow. Now Andromeda can harness this incredible power as a Find Familiar option. The Storm Crow is based on a Raven, but has the Flyby feature and can use it’s action to cast Shocking Grasp at will and Witch Bolt once per long rest; these spells can be cast despite the usual ban against familiars taking attack actions, using the Storm Crow’s wisdom modifier to cast these spells. The Storm Crow is a sneaky little critter, dropping voyeur videos about Andromeda to random people when Andromeda is in standby mode (Tournament Grinder). - 400 BP

Craig

• From Live Wire to Power Conduit – Zemeitsa, like all dragonkin, have much smaller male genitalia proportionally than humans; the joys of male creatures with hemipenes, right? Since we would normally be shrinking Craig’s only good feature to transform him, let’s go fantasy unrealistic. Craig’s cock is transformed to match the size and shape of an extra large Tempestt the Storm Dragon dildo from Bad Dragon, with built in electrical vibrations. The cock is still completely functional as a copulation organ and will invert into Craig’s body when not in use; he will have a separate organ for urination (Lineman). - 560 BP
• Size Queen Trainer – Mona likes the idea of being a size queen, but is super scared of it in practice. When having sexual contact with Mona, Craig’s cock will shrink down such that it will only stretch Mona comfortably full. When Mona can successfully take the size to the base, the shrinking effect will be reduced. • A Knotty Situation – Mona made this request, might as well put it as an option. Despite it being inaccurate for gnolls, Craig gains a knot to his cock. Since this is supposed to be a punishment, the knot will swell and cause pain if Craig hasn’t cum in the last 24 hours. Have fun (Gnoll – Punishment)! - 240 BP
• Zealous Supervision – The path of the zealot is one of virtuous devotion to a deity. Craig has been anything but virtuous. Let’s fix that. Craig is now possessed by the ghost of an acolyte of Tempus, banished from Warrior’s Rest, who seeks redemption for cowardice. This ghost can always speak to Craig in his mind and will take over Craig’s body for up to an hour every time he does something that Tempus would disapprove of. Will this teach Craig a lesson (Berserker – Punishment)? - 240 BP
• Alms! Alms For the Poor! – Craig can no longer possess or earn BP (or, should he survive as a person at the end of the game, money). His current BP and monetary assets are transferred to Mona. Any BP or money he would have earned will be given to Mona instead. He is now entirely dependent on the charity of others. Will this make him less selfish (Selfish – Punishment)? - 480 BP

Jenny

• Modeling Magnolia – Jenny has gotten used to being stuck in one spot. While she now has freedom to move, maybe she’d like to pause in place. Upon Mona’s command, Jenny will freeze up and become poseable. Jenny will find this to be an erotic act and her body will respond to it as if she is actively having sex. She will remain frozen in place until commanded to stop or upon orgasm, whichever happens first (Model). - 440 BP
• Wrath of Nature - While under the effects of Bloodlust, Jenny is affected as if she is under the effects of Barkskin and Shillelagh (cast on her arms). She does not need to maintain concentration for these effects (Berserker). - 220 BP
• Majesty of Nature - Dryads are known to charm creatures and elvenoids to avoid conflict. Jenny should be able to do the same. Jenny now has a modified version of the Fey Charm feature from the Dryad stat block (Bard). - 440 BP

Winter

• To Avoid a Party Split – I mean, it’s a rule of Harem Hotel to have this transformation on the list when you have a twin as a contestant. Summer is added to the harem. The twins count as one individual for game purposes, and Summer will get a complimentary transformation for every one Winter is given via a vote (Twin). - 220 BP
• Naked Ambition – As one of the few harem members with a non-caster class, Winter could wear full armor. Let’s give the drow another reason to wear armor like a half-caster. Winter gets the Drow High Magic feat and +1 Charisma for free (Drow). - 147 BP
• A Masquerade of Mischief – While Winter worships Eilistraee, Winter is somewhat inclined towards Her brother as a rogue, amongst other things. Let’s play with that. Winter is given a domino mask. While the mask is worn, the wearer is under the effects of a Pass Without Trace spell. Long-term use of the mask will induce an exhibitionism fetish (Rogue). - 147 BP
• Darkfire of Love – A unique form of magic some drow can cast is called Darkfire, which is invisible to all but those who can see past magical darkness. Winter now knows the Green Flame Blade cantrip. When Winter reaches 3rd level, the drow learns the spell Searing Smite. When Winter reaches 5th level, the drow learns the spell Flame Blade. Winter can cast these spells once per long rest for free. All three spells will manifest Darkfire instead of the usual red flames. Winter can choose to have these spells deal increased arousal instead of fire damage (Drow). - 440 BP

Ootah

• For the Ancestors, For the Mistress – The most powerful of orcs in Ootah’s dimension are able to manifest power from their ancestors (long extinct giants) in the form of runes carved into their equipment. These runes will now take the form of tattoos and Ootah will be compelled to incorporate them into body art showcasing her submission to her Mistress. The more runes she can manifest, the larger and more depraved the art will become (Rune Knight). - 160 BP
• Render Unto Mistress – Ootah gains a magical greataxe named Render. The axe starts with 3 charges, regaining charges when it is used to bring herself to orgasm. Ootah can spend a charge to reduce the armor of the target by 1 for the rest of combat. The power of the greataxe will increase as Ootah increases in tier and better attunes to it. Ootah will feel sexual arousal when slaying Mona’s foes with this weapon (Rune Knight). - 160 BP
• Breeding Madness - Orcs are a sentient species that experiences a near constant need to breed. Let’s play with that. Once a day, Ootah will experience an intense need to have sex with the next harem member she sees and will not stop edging herself until she has consensual sex with him/her. Otherwise, she will find her desires much more controllable (Orc). - 480 BP
• Warrior Glow-up - While Ootah did not want Rite of Initiation, she will admit that some parts of it may be of interest. Her muscles expand slightly, her breasts increase to G-cups, her height and futacock both increase by 6 inches. This transformation will have no effect on her stats (Orc). - 160 BP
• Broodmare Glow-up - While Ootah very much did not want Rite of Induction, some parts of the audience may have an interest. Her muscles shrink dramatically, her breasts increase to G-cups, her height and futacock both shrink by 12 inches, and her hair turns lime green. This transformation will have no effect on her stats (Broodmare). - 480 BP

Mineko

• Stay Off The Furniture! – Pets are not typically allowed on human furniture, so why should Mona’s new cat? It is perfectly normal and acceptable for the nekomata to kneel on the floor or otherwise eschew human furniture. Whenever the nekomata wishes, an appropriate piece of pet substitute furniture will appear for her use (Pet). - 440 BP
• Maneki-neko – The nekomata in this world don’t exactly match the stereotypical personality of the legends from Mona’s world, so let’s give Mona’s new pet cat something from a different Japanese cat. The cat can now grant advantage on an ability check to another member of the harem with a kiss. If she attempts to do so more times a day that her tier level, she will suffer disadvantage on her next roll (Nekomata). - 147 BP
• Laser Cats Five! – The nekomata is not a lazzorkat, but let’s get Mona’s new pet a laser anyways. The cat’s arcane armor is modified such that it has access to the Lightning Launcher part of Infiltrator mode while in Guardian mode. While in Guardian mode, attacks at melee range from the Lightning Launcher do not have disadvantage. She can fire it only as a bonus action while in Guardian mode (Artificer). - 220 BP

Mona Specific Transformation Options

Finally, Mona's transformation options. While the contestants' options are priced based on a consistent formula, that is not the case for Mona, as some of her's are more broken than others.

• Coquettish Conqueror – Even when she had a harem of six contestants, if everyone wins, Mona will have excess XP. Let’s give her something to spend it on. Once Mona reaches the level cap, she can spend 100 XP to attempt a Seduction check on a target; this check ignores any condition resistances and immunites. On a critical success, if the target could qualify to be included into the harem, as per the rules of this season, the target becomes a member of the harem, treated as if (s)he gave exactly 100 XP to Mona. The target will be given a number of transformations to meet the current average transformation count of the harem members. - 1834 BP
• Toss Out That Spare Tire (Modified) – I suppose that if Mona wants the boring “make me hot” transformation, she can get it. Mona loses body fat such that, since she arrived at the Hotel, she will have dropped approximately 40 pounds of fat. The rest of her fat is thereupon shaped to fit a more traditional hourglass shape (BWH measurements transform from 40F-46-42 to 38F-30-40). - 100 BP per pound of fat remaining to be removed. This transformation is not eligible for Audience Store discounts.
• Magical Mascot – What kind of magical girl doesn’t have a quirky mascot familiar? Well, with this, Mona gets herself one. The chibi shapeshifter will sit on her shoulder and encourage her to only be a horny little gremlin when it’s appropriate. - 147 BP
