Time to Leave
Ibris was firm in her stance, just has hard headed as her dear father.
"She doesn't wish to seek out others, I serve to protect whom seeks me as their mate. If she doesn't want that life where most females desire. As her mate, I must follow."
Half true, half out of her ass. She was selfish in her sense in wanting to keep Aki all to herself.
Ibris walked away from the door over to her bed. She picked up and wrapped Aki in polar bear fur, pinching the clay molds together on top to keep her warm.
"This tribe will remain strong, with or without us. Unless Aki wishes to have more than I, we will leave."
She turned to face her father, wrapping her arm over Aki's shoulder. This snowy climate wasn't good for the human anyways, it was too cold all the time outside of their huts. Trapping her indoors was the last thing she would have wanted. Leaving now while a week of sunshine was in the air is the best course of action to take.
