Time Travel Gone Awry

Ayumi was the right person at the right place at the right time.

In the dark future of 2032, some Scientists needed to get a Time Machine working to save mankind from a mistake it made in the past.

They needed someone young- since it might take a toll on the body.
They needed someone smart- the Grad Student would be able to explain the problem.
They needed someone gullible- they needed someone willing to risk their lives in this first attempt.

Ayumi was disappointed to find out that she didn't get a cool uniform or gear for the trip.

A large machine whirred to life and made a glowing doorway in front of her.

Bravely, she stepped through it...

There's a reason that this was the first try- there were a lot of kinks to work out in the process!

The strain of the trip knocked Ayumi out and she appeared on a Couch in a stranger's apartment.
The year- 2023!

In the process of traveling, her clothes were thrown into disarray, and she ended up looking like a drunk College Student sleeping off a long night of partying.

A confused young man awoke in the morning to see her there.
