Time Stopping Watch

Item: A watch that can stop time.

Description: Looks like a normal pocket watch, but it can "stop time," but in reality the user is moving so fast, it just appears time has stopped.

Item Rules: The user can only use the watch for an hour each day. The user sets the minute had to how many minutes he wants time to stop then closes both sides of the watch and pushes in the plungers. The watch must remain on the user's person at all times. If two people are touching the watch when it is activated, both are affected, but both must remain touching it for it to work for both while time is stopped.
