Time Stop

Description: it's exactly What you think it is, a character gains the ability to stop time for as long as they want whenever they want.

Duration of the time Stop is infinite but you can only stay within a bubble where you stopped time. If you try to go outside the bubble time will resume, The exact range is 10 ft around the area where you stopped time.

Anyone you happened to be holding it while stopping time becomes immune.
