What's next?
Tim's Sixth Trade
"First of all," Tim close enough to the ground that the smell of the pavement filled his nostrils, "I don't understand how I got here. Did Luck push me?"
"That's not how she works," Justice said, "Luck has standards that she won't break. It has to do with chance, what could happen, what's likely to happen. Those numbers are her playthings."
"So what, she probability-ed me into the street?"
"Your heel," Justice said, "It caught a crack, got stuck, and broke. That was enough to cause you to lose balance and fall into the oncoming car. Unlikely to happen, but not impossible, especially if Luck is a little hungry. I'm sure your **** here would have been delicious to that twat."
"Are they ever going to leave me alone?" Tim said with a deep sigh, "I mean, come on. Look at me already. I'm completely unrecognizable since this thing started."
"What, you don't like my help?" Justice laughed, "I've been watching. You're a pussy-magnet!"
"I know, but, come on," he complained, "I'm a short, slim, crossdressing, makeup wearing, flirty pussy-magnet. Couldn't we make a different deal, something that gives me back what I lost but lets me keep what I gained?"
"No-can-do, sport," Justice said, "The only way out is forward. You need to focus on the positives! Every good thing in life comes with a cost, but what you get is so great! Now, if you want, I could let you fall here, but that'll make Luck happy and you dead. It shouldn't be too hard to come up with something to fix this, so let's get trading!"
Tim stared at the pavement and decided that Justice was right. He'd already come to terms with how his life had been changed, but it felt every time he approached a trade, regret bubbled to the surface. The affection he felt for his three women was profound, and to keep them he would wear a thousand dresses. That's what he needed to focus on.
"Okay," he said, "Let's do something simple then. How about shoes? Can I trade shoes with Vanessa? That way her heel would break, not mine."
"We could do that, but she'd end up dead instead of you," Justice said, "I'm not sure you'd enjoy that outcome."
"Crap, you're right," he said, craning his neck and seeing that Vanessa was frozen midway across the road, and would be in danger from the same car should she lose her balance. He looked around, but found the street empty exept...
"The driver," Tim said, "How about the driver? I can't see them from where I'm stuck, who are they? Would they work?"
"It's a young woman," Justice said, "A cutie. I bet you'd like her if you met her."
"Yeah, but what about her shoes?" Tim said, "would that be a possible trade that would fix things?"
He watched as Justice wiggled her fingers toward the car.
"Yes and no," she said slowly, "A shoe swap would certainly keep you from dying, but her feet are significantly smaller than yours. I believe your new body has a size nine women's, but her feet are a size six. Quite dainty. It's a simple trade, but if I do it, your feet are going to be in a lot of pain for the rest of your life as you squeeze yourself into those tiny shoes."
"What if I..."
"Now we could add in the feet," Justice spoke over him, wiggling her fingers, "Yes, that should work. What if I let you give away your feet from the ankle down. That would solve the problem nicely. Her shoes would fit like a glove, and the only downside is that she'd break her heel while driving. I doubt that would cause much trouble at all for anyone."
"And Vanessa and I would both be okay?" Tim asked, his painted lips practically brushing the street.
"Hunky Dory."
"Then let's do it," Tim answered impulsively, feeling like he knew what his goal was, and since it was so easily achieved, he might as well go for it.
"Excellent," Justice replied. Tim looked back and could see her waving her free hand in front of her face as she browsed through the trading options. Shit. He hadn't thought of the other side of the deal. Before he could say something, though, she had thrust her smoking fist out triumphantly, waved it over his hovering body, and shouted, "It is done! The trade is complete!"
Suddenly Tim found himself back on his feet next to Vanessa, both heels intact. He wanted to look down and see what his new, dainty-sized feet looked like, but he couldn't. There was something in the way.
Breasts.
Tim had breasts.
"What in the world..." he began, the familiar metallic smell hitting his nose indicating that Justice had left. The car that had previously almost taken his life sped past him, swerving for a moment as the driver adjusted to the broken heel on her right foot, then continuing on, leaving him unscathed.
Sort of.
