Chapter 6

What was it?
This.
There were no apparent changes, but one was bound to be a dud anyways, sooner or later. Better to get rid of it early. Feeling this, he accepted the last two lesser Skill Draws.
“Oh dear God, I apologize for my doubts, I should have believed.” He was giddy, immediately casting the second spell.
And suddenly Damon was a hulking behemoth of a Dragon. His massive wings flapping gold throughout the chamber, he admired his titanic form, an extraordinarily large Elder Dragon’s body was his.
The ethereal state of the massive skylight that had formed earlier was put to use, as Damon flew through it, making his way towards far off in the sky, he had his companions stay behind, as he rocketed through the clouds, breaking the sound barrier, leaving sonic booms in his wake. His fearsome wake causing the trees near enough to fully unroot.
As he flew, he noticed a bandit camp on his route. He landed before the encampment, noting a large cell of prisoners. He knocked down the crudely constructed walls as he began to burn the panicking bandit to **** with his fiery breath, not ending the spout until the bandit’s movements had completely ceased, taking a moment to free the prisoners, before taking flight once again.
He reached crazy heights, as he continued his flight for many hours, finding a variety of large kingdoms. Flying by them, he created thousands of constructs at each kingdom, having them wait patiently for further orders. Reaching over a hundred thousand miles from his cave, he hovered within the air, flapping his wings, and viewed the absurd world he’d been transferred to.
He mentally communicated to his companions, informing them he’d be a day or two, Ember responding she’d begin manufacturing various furniture from the ever propagating Adamantine, Elgy affirming his deep sleep atop the mountains of gold.
He flew through the skies as a mighty beast, releasing roars which shook the ground he flew past. His fearsome form cast a monstrous shadow over everywhere he went, frightening a vast number of animals and adventurers. As he passed over the boundless landscapes, Damon noticed many homes hidden away, sprinkled throughout the vast wooded regions.
Floating in the sky, Damon returned to human form, retaining his wings, as he began to make his way towards one of the kingdoms he had seen through his travels. Arriving a mile or so from the front gates, he then emerged from the forest, his grand cloak covering his form effectively, as he made his way towards the gate.
As he arrived, he was greeted by the guards, “Hello traveler, entry to the city will be one silver, though a lifetime pass is only a gold.” As he gave them a Gold Coin, they proceeded to give him a name card, granting him access to all public entrances to the city.
He thanked them, before making way through the gates and finding a bustling commerce district. Damon walked around the various stalls, making his way towards the inner shops. With his partial Omniscience, he saw nearly the entirety of the city, as he continued towards the better stores.
He made his way past the stores as none had any items of interest. He portaled his way into the inner city, changing his cloak to an expensive appearance form. He entered an inn, making his way to the counter, renting a room for the next day for five Gold Coins.
As he went to the room, he was met with a rather comfy chamber, two beds were present, as well as a surprising bottle of wine. He went to lay upon one of the beds, taking the bottle and snapping the cap from its form, as he went on to chug the entirety of the contents of the bottle.
He released a great burp, as he slowly drifted to sleep in the semi comfortable bed.
As Damon tossed in his sleep, he awoke to the jiggling of the lock on the door to his room, as it slowly creaked open. The diminutive figure slowly crept into the room. Making its way towards his bed, it avoided every creak from the floor, as it continued towards him. They took one more step and boom.
They fell through a portal, seeing nothing around but empty skies, as they began to fall into a portal loop, perpetually plummeting through the air.
Damon soon followed through the portal, grabbing the thrashing leg of the figure before it could continue its endless descent.
The figure he held was screaming its heart out within his grasp, Damon simply stated, “Identify yourself and you may find yourself to still have a living physical form.”
The woman within his hold quickly introduced herself, dropping the magics she’d cast upon herself, “I am Dirpe Mudwillow, a Kobold who was exiled from my clan, for stealing shinies. I like shinies, I just wanted some of yours.” She innocently stared into his eyes.
He replied by casting Dragon Form, a great Dragon, now holding the tiny Dirpe. “I can give you shinies, just follow me.” He returned to his human form, holding the quivering Kobold within his arms, he portaled back to the room he was staying in.
He sat Dirpe on the bed and handed her fifty Gold Coins, eliciting a shocked and giddy expression, “Wow, these are so shiny, and there's so many, thank you master. You're a really cool Dragon.” She was intensely gazing at the gold within her grasp, utterly ignorant to all around her.
“So, she’s basically stupid.” Damon remarked aloud. Thinking briefly, he spoke to her, “I’m going to send you to my cave, a Dragon hydra is there, as well as an elemental named Ember is waiting for you there. As well as countless shinies.” He added sweetly.
The very endowed Kobold quickly rushed to embrace him, “Thank you master, I’ll guard the shinies. I promise.” She pressed her body against him, leading him to uncomfortably stiffen below the belt.
“Yes, I trust you to accomplish that, also I think you’ll like Elgy, the Hydra Hound I told you about earlier.” He set her down, before opening a portal for her to step through. Only to be met with screams of joy, as Dirpe rushed into the cave and began rolling in the innumerable gold.
He shut the portal, ending this crazy addition to his team. Another that could talk, and one that was more physically appealing then the bombshell of an Elemental that was Ember.
Through the use of his Partial Omniscience, Damon could hear the many conversations happening throughout the city, cluing him in on many matters.
Apparently, there were over a dozen Heroes summoned from another world, catered across this expansive continent. Where was the one in the kingdom he had overthrown, he wondered. They probably left as quickly as possible.
The hero for this kingdom of Assearduin, was named Brenor, the Mighty Spear. He was summoned fifty years ago by the Goddess of this world.
“Wait, Goddess?” Apparently, the highest divinity of this world was female, making him wonder who gave him his powers.
“I’ll never betray you, sir.” Damon solemnly swore to himself, accepting the skills.
And as such, he was utterly shocked.
