Think about the Rulebook

Some people would probably write weird rules by then, such as everyone would have sex at the drop of a hat, or he would have a 12 inches long. But you, John Doe, is a smart man. And a smart man is suspicious. Take the rulebook for example. Despite the seemingly omnipotent nature of the book, its so-called omnipotency is a paradox by itself.

Take the premise "Simply put the name of an organization and write your rules. Any rule you can think of will be followed by everyone in that organization" for example. If you write that "Old Rule: John Doe is omnipotent god that governs over Earth", you may become a very powerful being. However, that power is given to you by the Rulebook. That itself implies the Rulebook is more powerful than you.

That reminds you, no wishing to be more powerful than the Rulebook. Jafar did that in Aladdin, and he was turned into a genie. Becoming a Rulebook will suck more than being a genie.

You digress.

The erasable nature of the Rulebook means that there is a very high possibility that the situation caused by it can be reversed as well. That means, you cannot simply ask to be rich. You must create a situation where you are in the positionto get rich, and then get rich using that position. For example, if you know the grand price for lotto number, you can buy the number and then win big cash. Or you know exactly where the a laptop hard drive containing the private key for 8,000 bitcoins mistakenly thrown into a landfill is located.

Never have your brain working over time for a greater cause that you risk being noticed by your Mathematics teacher.

The question is, does she notice that you're not paying attention to her class.
